Pop Acts That Never Quite Made It..
The obvious one seems Alphabeat.

Empire Of The Sun - Walking On A Dream
I'd say they're pop, but if you think it belongs here I hope they make the top 5 of Sound of 2009. That'll guarantee a top five album.

Looking forward to hearing this. Sounds like a #1 judging from the artists.

Empire Of The Sun - Walking On A Dream
A new Australian band. They're on the BBC Sound of 2009 Longlist. Should be seeing good success next year. 35-epfO7lPA A male Lady GaGa mixed with a spice of Sam Sparro.

The Return Of 'Avenue'
I can't see these ever having success. If they couldn't get attention after appearing on X Factor then they're never gonna have any.

'Just Dance' (feat. Colby O'Donis) ● 1st Single Thread
It's so weird to see this getting such massive success when last May when we were all beginning to listen to it and thought it would get nowhere. I've never seen such weird success as this song.

Fearless
Amazing she's been released here. It's gonna be so interesting to see how she does. I wonder if Teardrops On My Guitar and Our Song are gonna be singles!?!?!

David Archuleta - David Archuleta (Album)
This is a very good debut effort from David. A nice blend of ballads and midtempos with one or two uptempos. I loved Crush and am addicted to Touch My Hand and Barriers. The one disappointment is that alot of the songs do sound very very similar and follow formulas, but if your willing to forgive that then this is definately an album to check out. C+

Bands to Spilt
I think Boyzone will definately split. They've attempted a comeback and there's genuinely no hype. I can Girls Aloud going on a year or two hiatus and I can see McFly being dropped.
