How many weeks has Adele now been at the chart throne in albums? :o Absolutely incredible, I was sure Kasabian would get there...

    None in my opinion.
  4. Spears - Born to make you happy :puke:
  5. Survivor closely followed by Pure & Simple and Teenage Dirtbag
  6. Because it's an utter dross? ^_^ Miley Cyrus? Oh, please. It's embarrassing to even talk about her...
  7. what is this??? where do these weird tunes come from? at least this new entry is much more interesting than the previously heard rap pile of crap it's actually not that bad to be fair, so funny!
  8. my goodness, what is this shite? :puke: rap should be banned from the chart for good! it doesn't even remind a song :/
  9. Hi all! The beginning of the chart looks horrific, Nicole Scherzinger followed by Vato Gonzalez
  10. I hate this song. Nowadays there's hardly anything good that can sell well, sadly.

I loooooove "Babycakes" and "Be Faithful"! but I have to admit that novelty hits are usually my guilty pleasures :D

The competition would probably include: Usher - Burn Black Eyed Peas - The Time Timbaland/Furtado/Timberlake - Give It To Me Nelly ft. Tim McGraw - Over And Over Lady Gaga ft. Beyoncé - Telephone
  13. Physicals for both. I don't like paying for products that I can't touch.

I never said that this album had no artistic value. I said her music is bubble-gum, primitive pop. I based it on the singles, fair enough. It's obvious that my opinion is not a fact. This thread is all about opinions though, not facts! To be honest, forums in general are for people to express their opinions, aren't they? I expressed mine and no-one asked you to interact with me. You can agree or not. In the second case, feel free to post your opposite opinion but stop telling me what to do or what to think. Having said that, you should really get over it, not me. For me her dumb dancey singalongs are classified as chav music which is why I don't want her to sell a lot, full stop.

You're right, I'm not from the UK and I may not fully understand the meaning of a chav although I was already explained it here, on this site. If I used the wrong word, sorry. What I meant to say is people who don't listen to music for its quality but for the fuss and buzz around it. Simply because it's it's trendy and all around on the media, but most of all because it comes from America, which is absolutely ridiculous. Of course I haven't listened to the album, it didn't even come out as far as I know. I haven't even listened to her first album in full. The singles are enough for me to say it's not my cup of tea. Cheap, catchy bubble-gum pop, that's it. No artistic value whatsoever.

You do sound rude though. I'm not retarded myself, are you?

Hopefully she'll flop. I voted for 100-150k though as it's the most realistic in my opinion. I wouldn't be surprised if she hit 200k at the same time. There are lots of chavs buying music nowadays.
  18. Well, sort of. 7 & 8 are quite recognisable by cheekily ripping off the classics (Lambada & Don't You Want Me). The first good song this week is at number 9 for me.
  19. You beat me to it. This Top 5 is just laughable
  20. Rarely these days  Now it's time though :) a magnificent piece of music at the chart summit (yet I still slightly prefer Rolling In The Deep)
  21. I still can't believe such a simple, averige, generic song reached number one and stole one week from Adele  It's good that things go back to their initial state :)
  22. not surprisingly, this is rubbish (as practically every Black Eyed Peas input) :puke:
  23. Am I the only one to think this song sounds pretty bad even for a charity tune by a boyband? :D Especially with a video, so cringeworthy!
  24. It's the first time I heard the censored version of S&M, I like the song but it sounds indeed quite strange without the key words :D Here comes Price Tag, a recent chavs anthem. It's not so bad but it got so overrated and overplayed.
  25. They all need a doctor :puke: how could this sing go Top 10? gutted...
