I normally never support long runners but Pass Out still sounds great so I hope it doesn't fall out of the chart as soon as next week. Regarding today's number one contenders, JLS have definitely the best song out. I'm sick of Katy Perry and Airplanes is pretty awful.

Hello everyone! The best World Cup related song starts the chart :D I'm glad it kept K'naan from grabbing the top spot. Go Dizzee!

I don't know why so many people seem to adore these two awful tracks that lead iTunes chart at the moment - both Airplanes and California Gurls are utterly dreadful. Far from being a JLS fan, I still wish they held the top spot on the official chart come Sunday even though their new song is fairly weak too.

Usher's OMG is another excuse of a song. Some of this year's number ones are simply pathetic. Hopefully Roll Deep will reverse the UK chart's bad fortune of 2010's crap scrapping the top spot. Once, Telephone and OMG should be erased from #1's history :(

That Once song was dire! How could it have made number one??? Plan B as a consolation

And here's the best tune in the Top 10, maybe even the whole top 40  Long live SFG!

Acapella is just not clicking with me, not bad but nothing to be excited about. This thing is horrific as almost everything involving Timberlake...

I love Dirty Picture, so addictive! :D

a very poor song, style of Miley Cyrus / Justin Bieber

Tinie Tempah!!! Finally something I adore

And here's me hoping that after finally moving to Ireland next week I will escape for good from all of these Inna-like creatures that fulfill Central European music scene ^_^

As much as I hate the whole Glee hype and their covers, they did a pretty good job with Like A Prayer. Well, maybe not a good job but they haven't ruined the classic. Still no comparison to the fabulous original

The Eurodisco trash in a pure form... How could this Inna track make it so big in Britain is beyond me.

Probably the silliest song in the chart. Go away, Bieber!

N Dubz are pretty rubbish as a band and all of their songs seem to be similar and formed from exactly the same mould. It may have been appealing in the beginning but this latest song is just tiring. Rihanna should also leave the Top 20 now, it's about time!

This is a far cry from Hollywood but still sounds decent enough to deserve a Top 30

This tune is very pleasant but why the hell are there so many new entries from America?

Both Ridin Solo and Hey Soul Sister are quite naff, especially the first one... Alexandra Burke's new song is not terrible but still far from good... and this awful Pitbull sucks!

I couldn't agree more! First time for me to hear this Adam Lambert - not bad.

Hello everyone! I'm loving this Roll Deep song. And here's what I used to love in the past: Retro Top 10 - Week 18 2009 04. (3) Calvin Harris - I'm Not Alone 07. (6) Ar Rahman - Jai Ho (You Are My Destiny) 09. (9) Lily Allen - Not Fair 2005 01. (1) Tony Christie Ft Peter Kay - (Is This The Way To) Amarillo 03. (8) Sweet Female Attitude - Flowers

That number 2 was such a crap :( Scouting For Girls at the summit again  Plan B in the Top 3 is also a great achievement

A terrible number one in the albums, hopefully the singles chart will be ruled by something decent - Scouting For Girls  Anyway, great stability for Paolo Nutini and Florence & The Machine!

If it wasn't for this horrid Telephone, we'd have the ideal Top 3

My thoughts exactly! I'm looooooving this Plan B track as well  what a pearl in between all these American overrated cheesy songs.
