Oh dear, this Carly Rae Jepsen song is such a cheesy dross that it would be embarrassing to have such a thing at the top! :puke: Wiz Khalifa is terrible too but still slightly better.

Oh Lord, this Kelly Clarkson track is such a dross, how come it's so high on pre-orders? :(

It's also the winner of San Remo, the biggest and most prestigious Italian festival of the year. I'm sure there are many Italians living in the UK so its debut might have more to do with San Remo than with Eurovision. ;)

Outside of the UK, "Summer Son" is probably their only big hit and by far the most memorable song, at least in Europe because I don't care about America. It's therefore interesting to see it outside of the Top 3 here.

Hopefully never  but I reckon by late Autumn/early Winter it won't be here anymore.

Does anyone know Madonna's instant grats' positions? Thanks in advance!

Thanks!! This list looks really good. No American stars, thank God. :D

Who performed? Can anyone make a list of songs, please? :)

I pre-ordered Madonna's "Rebel Heart" album and got the 6 instant grats off it.

I'm trying not to. In this case I was just paraphrasing the other poster who had actually insulted half a million people.

A boring Christmas chart this time but at least we have some movement in the Top 5 (I love all these campaigns!) and the 38th number one this year! Incredible (even though the song is overrated).

This song is marvellous. A stupid idiot wouldn't see its beauty and would instead pay for some pop teen shit. ;)

Flutes is the best new track this week. I hope this awful Echosmith flops hard.

This song is very overrated but it's a much better number one over Thinking Out Loud. And yay for the fast turnover at the top

If it wasn't for Sinead O'Connor's part, this version of "Do They Know..." would be better than the previous one. I'm surprised it fell to number 3.

Actually These Days is growing on me. It's still a simple pop ditty but it kind of gained me slightly.

Finally some decent music again after a couple of dreadful songs!

This song might not be bad yet it's so generic that I just can't like it.

Real Love is great, surprising how steady it is in the Top 10! :)

This is by far the best Christmas song and practically the only one I'm not bored of yet. It's actually virtually unknown over here in Poland so the UK chart is one of the very few places where I've heard it.

This is indeed likely the best Sam Smith song.

I didn't write I didn't like ballads. "All Of Me" is a good one! Another lovely one is "The Hanging Tree", no idea where it could have fallen, I was counting on Top 10... :( Bring Me The Horizon have fallen a lot from their early iTunes #1. Not their best song though.

I'm enjoying this track, it should spend some more time in the Top 10.

Oh my, Top 20 opens with sleep inducing a cappella ballads  Jealous is better than Yours though.

Indeed :P Good that this has missed on the Top 20! Really tacky song.
