I get the impression that Don't Give Up wouldn't have been included on the album as it was an odd Asda exclusive thing to help push the single - it was even written by the composer of the Asda jingle!
  2. Remember how people wanted BMG to unleash every format in week #1, while I, in my infinitive and not-at-all-smug wisdom, thought it was better to wait?

You were right! @1665630305150025729 Includes Don't Ever Change, Slam, Lil Lou and Make It Fit aka tracks from her scrapped 2003 album.

The dance performance on Britain's Got Talent: nw_I514Kdv8 Maybe I'm just so used to Loreen's performance, but I don't think her dancing went with the song at all...
  5. Performed on Britain's Got Talent by a contestant apparently.

    I heard they've broken up x

It feels like they released Super Magic far too soon and didn't really invest in High Hopes as the second single so yeah. This is coming across as surprisingly muted, but I assume she's built up decent enough pre-orders to chart within the top 15 at least.
  8. She'll be b-listed on Capital once again :cheer:
  9. Oh lol. But yeah, this essentially has no muscle behind it since it's being released independently. As you said, they could've at least pushed it to be included on New Music Friday, Pride Playlists, smaller dance/pop playlists etc. But that takes actual work and connections.
  10. I don't know - I think her part in this song is far too small to bring back lapsed fans, otherwise I feel like it would be an easy #1 on iTunes for her since it would be largely a 35+ audience. Abel obviously mostly appeals to a streaming audience, but those won't necessarily download his songs.
  11. I'm genuinely impressed by its hold on number one. For sure thought it would've been knocked off by now.
  12. This is what happens when you hire a gay for your wholesome hobby shop x
  13. it,ll happen any day now x
  14. I don't think it's impossible, but it would be up to Dannii to push it to radio.
  15. Wonder Woman approves! @1664658132931321858 I've also noted that it's moving up on US iTunes again - a day or so ago it was in the lower 80s and now it's back up to #53. I guess Pride month is helping it.
  16. Yeah, it needs streaming to even have a shot at the top 40 and from what I've seen it's not been added to any playlists. Still, we've pretty much established a position on the sales/download chart at this point, which is probably more than I expected for it.
  17. Unfortunately, collabs rarely seem to have that effect (see also: 4 Minutes with Justin Timberlake) and Padam Padam so far is probably nothing more than an outlier for Kylie at this point. Still, it's nice to see them back on the charts, even for a brief moment.
  18. To be fair, it's a fairly small bit of the song and we don't know how many re-takes she had to do to sound like that. Voices age and Madonna has never taken great care of hers post-Evita (which is bizarre considering what a health freak she is in general).
  19. I genuinely wonder if part laziness - of course you can argue that it's sometimes an stylistic choice to go along with the track, but the entirety of her last few albums have felt heavily autotuned (Madam X being the worst offender). Doing it without autotune/vocoder means spending more time in front of the mic to get everything right while putting a lot of effects on it means she can just sing it and then let the post-production do its magic.
  20. We Could Be The One got 1443 streams on the first day, though I assume this only includes certain areas like New Zealand and Australia etc and is only tracking a few hours.
  21. All I Wanna Do is actually quite low on her most popular list - #6 with 1 476 780 streams and that's worldwide, so I assume the weekly sales are very low! I Begin To Wonder is by far her most popular track with 7 827 468 streams, but at the same time it was released when single sales were hitting lows so last we heard it was at 115k sales (85k sales to Silver). Her second most popular is Who Do You Love Now? with 3 310 194 streams. I kind of hope that We Could Be The One's success will trigger some of her older tracks to go on playlists because it would obviously help a lot. All I Wanna Do's streams are criminal. Unfortunately, since Dannii's more interested in doing television I don't think her management will ever focus on pushing her music - otherwise I'd say they'd need to focus on pushing I Begin To Wonder, Who Do You Love Now, All I Wanna Do and This Is It towards playlists. I could see all of them slotting in nicely on throwback lists.
  22. He gave very inflated sales figures - I remember him saying Neon Nights was at 120k (it wasn't - for the longest time it was actually slightly under 100k) and that Love & Kisses and its reissue combined was at 250k. The closest thing to any certification right now is All I Wanna Do at around 185k (15k to Silver) and Who Do You Love Now? (175k, 25k to Silver); I really wish both could show up more on 90s/00s playlists.
  23. Shows up to me. You just have to click away the pop up subscribe window (just click anywhere besides the pop up and it goes away).
  24. About 190k. If any album release of Dannii's has a chance to hit a new certification it's Hits and Beyond since that's "only" 15k to Silver, but that's still quite a bit to go and I'd assume singles like All I Wanna Do would hit certification before that happened (plus it would depend on where they re-direct her streaming sales).
