Perhaps, but I suspect it would've had to grow into a hit rather than being one out of the gate - it wasn't like Silly Me got sampled and then rejected. It just... went nowhere. Like has been pointed out, it doesn't seem like she's built a fanbase at all that supports here but is basically dependent on the casual buyer.

To be fair, it's slowly started showing up on Apple Music in other countries. I assume it'll just be a bit slower because Kylie's not as visible in mainland Europe; if she does promotion that would help a lot. But it wouldn't surprise me if it does become a somewhat big hit in the UK other countries will catch up. Also, shockingly, it's still bouncing around in the top 60 on US iTunes - which is impressive for a Kylie single considering she's not had a hit there since Slow.

Finally moved up to #15 on Apple.
