  1. It's a genuine earworm so I'm not too surprised to be honest - I was out walking and kept skipping back to it. I really hope they release an extended mix with a middle 8 + final chorus.
  2. Maybe it's just me, but I don't exactly care where it charts in the first week as long as there's a long term campaign for it - I know a lot of fans want them to throw everything out there in the first week to get it as high as possible, but that just feels underwhelming and it really wouldn't make it a hit, even if it would chart at #22 because it would just exit the charts the next week. People are mentioning how Sam Ryder got another top 40 by throwing everything out there for Mountain, but now his campaign essentially feels over. FLO also recently got their first top 40 "hit" with Fly Girl, but since it went nowhere fast after that, so again, it wasn't really a hit. Going in at #22 and exiting wouldn't really make more radio stations (ie Radio One) pick it up either; charting outside the top 40 wouldn't discourage radio stations that already play her (ie Radio 2) either. I just hope Padam Padam can build her presence on streaming and help her with future releases.
  3. It's a stand-alone release for a tv show, likely self-released. I don't think she should pump money into it as I doubt it'll get playlistings etc. It's more a treat to fans. Maybe she could convince BBC to allow her team to cut together a clip video of I Kissed A Boy to promote it and the show.
  4. Miss Everything (feat Sean Kingston)!!!!
  5. @1660521528654540804 The entire story...
  6. Yeah, We Could Be The One sounds like the most "complete" song she's released in years.
  7. @1660462232634028035 It's amazing she could land something like American Idol, especially the finale. They're eclipsing The Voice this season, so this was a major get for her.
  8. It's funny because Keisha specifically has mentioned how she feels her verse goes on forever
  9. Could be, but I also think it lends itself well to live performances as it's clearly in Kylie's wheelhouse of kind of dancing but not really.
  10. According to the papers Kylie's been FUMING about Neighbours coming back and feels BETRAYED and TRICKED into appearing!!!

#114 :cheer: She just better off doing Eurovision at this point tbh
  12. @1659559533444833282 Seems like she'll perform Padam Padam on Idol!
  13. https://www.nme.com/features/music-intervie...jackson-3445592 Her wanting This Is It played at her funeral... :cheeseblock:
  14. @1659756404348157954 @1659522796811177985 I do think Padam Padam will probably be her best performing release on streaming yet, but that's not saying much. She certainly could use a "viral" moment (oh how much I hate modern day marketing of singles).

#2 on the UK charts. Heal at #34 on the album download charts.
  16. #85 on Apple Music now.

It probably doesn't help that her talk show ties her down there for most of the year.

I've kind of always assumed that they would use the O2 gig as a platform to launch new music. It just feels to random otherwise, though I guess they've only started recording.
  19. Woah Shiv! Those eyes.
  20. Exactly - look at how many albums get Gold / Platinum certifications in the US but it doesn't really reflect their popularity at all. The truth is, album sales in general and the interest in them is down and the charts does reflect that. I don't think artifically inflating sales is the answer here.
  21. Really hard to say to be honest - I feel like her previous singles releases received no real push and the recent Don't Wanna Loose This Feeling remix did nothing on iTunes. She really does nothing much herself to push these songs.
  22. "Rom Com" Entertainment sounds like they're producing romantic comedies (although didn't she take acting lessons, lol?)...
  23. The decimation of the album format started with digital downloads enabling everyone to just cherry-pick their tracklisting, but at least the appeal to buy a full album was still there because it was still cheaper to do so once you hit a certain number of tracks you wanted. With streaming, the appeal of albums is gone since there's no real reason to get the full album anymore.

Unfortunately, he was right at the age where a lot of men tend to get a heart attack but ignore the symptons because they feel like they're too young to have one.
