  1. Now I want some Siobhan singing Sugababes hits solo shows. :kink: But errr, it was inevitable to happen really. I guess it's nice pocket change money.

This entire thing was so weird to begin with. There isn't like there was some sort of huge demand for them to reunite to begin with - fair play for them for selling out London Palladium, but it was always an odd prospect for them to tour off the back of that.
  3. @1645709508117684224 Seems like there was a complete album for Warners beyond the five track promo disc floating around: @1644633305457872898 ETA: she's now put out Maybe Someday, Bad Haircut (acoustic), Stay Until Summer and Cocoon.
  4. I assume they filmed they filmed these "visualiser" videos for the album and are just dropping some now due to the tour.
  5. It'd be a shame if they can't pull it together for Eurovision really - I've heard it a few times on the radio, which I didn't for Space Man at this point, so it does feel like there's a momentum of good-will going. But yeah, they have to figure something out if she can't keep up with dancing and singing at the same time.
  6. This just goes to show you how an otherwise decent pop star might not hack it in Eurovision due to their demand of a live vocal. Hopefully it can only get better from here, but I'd recommend them to get backing singers to stabilise her live vocal.
  7. I think a lot of people just don't like the bitterness of it + feel that there's better tracks on the album (I've always liked it to be honest).
  8. I agree with sammy here - after two number one singles there's no way they expected If That Were Me to bomb in at #18 - it was absolutely a disaster for a pop act where lower top ten could be seen as a failure. I actually doubt they expected it to miss the top five at that point.
  9. Shows you how far an A-listing on Radio 2 can get you! Hopefully it can be reflected on iTunes, but I'll take an airplay hit.
  10. To be fair to Heidi, post those late 90s/early 00s PWL demos she never really attempted anything solo and I never got the illusion that she thought she'd be up for it. Post-Sugababes we never really heard anything about her even attempting to record or even collab with dance producers (and mind you, even Jenny Frost did that). I agree that she'd probably make a decent tv presenter. She seems laidback and friendly enough that she wouldn't rub people the wrong way.
  11. Definitively - I don't really count people like Darius into this category because obviously he participated in something where the goal was to eventually land him a record deal (hopefully). Those Big Brother ones were always more opportunistic because quite often, they clearly couldn't sing in tune and were just released to attempt to cash in on perceived popularity versus actually building a long-term career.

  13. This is pretty much it... Goin' Down was either going to be the first single and chart respectably off that. Had they released it later, it would've completely bombed and probably de-railed the entire campaign. They also clearly knew it was a risk - Northern Star was released two months later, so they clearly had it in the pipeline, ready to go. Worth remembering it was a December single, so it probably sold more to chart at #4.

  15. FLOP!!! I hope BMG and Darenote drops Kylie and signs someone successful, like Dannii or Gerita.

Siobhan is feeling IT in that picture.
  17. "Payback" becomes the first non-single song to reach 1000+ streams! I might or might have not put the album on constant rotation for the past few weeks to attempt to break all songs to the 1000 mark.
  18. cPOZUq-pUYM Like, you know she's enjoying this all too much. We need to take Mutya down a notch I think!
  19. Look at it this way: if we're deluded - we're all deluded together since we're all on the antiquated platform known as Buzzjack.
  20. Exactly. These weren't recording sessions where she recorded several songs and she picked the best of the bunch; she probably recorded Summer of Love and released it, etc. She's not going to fund extensive recording sessions for herself, especially if there's no end point to it (ie an album).
  21. Makes me think that Cried Out and Bad Thing is the same song, just with a different title.
  22. That, by all accounts, was just an insane fan making shit up. Her fourth album never had a title and they hadn't even picked a first single yet before she parted ways with her label - per this Digital Spy article, she signed to an unknown label in 2010 during a live stream, so whatever the deal was it likely wasn't that serious. I'd be willing to bet there wasn't more than a couple of demos recorded for it.
  23. Voted "She's done" for antagonistic reasons x
