PObCtI5yy14 ETA: they said they're looking at touring in 2024, so I'm guessing they're going to spend 2023 building up to it.
  2. I was listening to it and dare I say that I'll Be There, Sweet Funky Thing and Never Gonna Give You Up could've been singles with radio edits (I'll Be There can be a bit repetitive)? Sweet Funky Thing was a promotional single in the US, so clearly they saw potential there.
  3. Exactly. Even if Kylie had more success at the time, I don't see Breathe going anywhere past #9. Even if Madonna had released it during Ray of Light. And yes, it does really sound of that 96-98 era of dreamy light electronica.

I assume that's why they were advised not to talk about it - not bring the attention that they bombed to the press.
  5. Even Amazing Grace could've been a hot single with club mixes :music: Eternal's digital platform presence is a mess though. Someone really needs to campaign to sort it out :arrr:
  6. That's assuming we have the same certification level 75 years from now.

I'm not that surprised to be honest - Sony knows that they can benefit from their backcatalogue essentially being promoted. The new music will be done on the cheap with lots of physicals I'm sure, which might end up with small profit + if it's a 360 deal they might get money from tours etc.
  8. I'm guessing that part of it might've been that they didn't ship/produce more copies of it than they did initially + the lower sales climate in March. It actually had a fairly long chart run (17 weeks). Plus, I feel like once it failed to hit number one stores probably stopped featuring it in a prominent position, something that probably affected sales in what would normally be its biggest sellings weeks bar the first week.
  9. 1. Stay 2. Crazy 3. Save Your Love 4. Oh Baby I... 5. I'll Be There 6. Sweet Funky Thing 7. Never Gonna Give You Up 8. Just A Step From Heaven 9. Let's Stay Together 10. This Love Is For Real 11. So Good 12. If You Need Me Tonight 13. Don't Say Goodbye 14. Amazing Grace Singles: 12q2SZTHsCo gKf7qfJTE3k 1rso1JBb0gE D8F-kxnlhzA s374QzglSjE 6082pu9qa4A Fantastic album and they never bettered it (in all honesty, they went a bit MOR for my tastes post-Louise); so many jams :music: On a related note, their music videos need proper uploads and sorting out
  10. If it does, I propose we all forbid TikTok.
  11. I mean, X is pretty much a consequence of having such a long production time I assume - wasn't there like a three cd demo disc for it? Usually she experiments a bit at the beginning of the album production, but ends up choosing a path pretty quickly. I guess here because of the cancer diagnosis she ended up recording so sporidically that she just never got to the point of really sitting down and focusing on a "sound". All I See is ok basically, but painfully average. When Kylie's actual successes in the US have been europop sounding songs it's always baffled me that they tried so hard to push her down an R&B sound when they attempted to have her succeed.
  12. Maybe this reissue will push it past 110k :cheer:
  13. ^ Goodbye Song is too barebones of a song; it has funny lyrics but I don't think it has much else going for it. They probably thought Creep was too sonically similar to Put the Needle On It and when it "only" got #7... In related news: @1636678524080885760
  14. To be honest, with the amount of radio support it's getting you'd think it would be higher up, but I guess it goes to show you the (unfortunate) power Spotify playlists have gained.

If they're doing a tour, I can't see them doing anything big. In all honesty, it would probably be better for them to pair up with another act, be a support act or do lots of festivals to build up some hype. I'm just not sure people are going to go and see a B*Witched solo tour in any big numbers.
  16. Yeah, they obviously exhausted the vaults during the X-Factor era - since the album was put together so quickly, I really don't think there's a wealth of unreleased material to begin with. Unfortunately, it wouldn't surprise me if they think Dannii's UK profile is too low at the moment to justify a vinyl release there.
  17. Hm, it sounds ok, but I don't love the vocal to this - sounds very chipmonk, but maybe it's been sped up for that clip.
  18. I think it's a bit overdramatic to say the boat has sailed for them solowise - I feel like radio will probably give each of them at least one shot with their first single, but they better be good essentially. Jesy will obviously struggle after the Bad Boys disaster though; I think it'll take a lot for radio to support her again but it will all come down to how good her management is.
  19. For reference "Mamma är lik sin mamma" is a version of "Sadie, The Cleaning Lady" - except it's "Mother is like her Mother" - it would be a much better choice!
  20. npEzTfLZt9s Since she was the latest judge on Swedish Drag Race I assume she's fair game to post here - plus, you know there's some fatsos on these forums that needs to eat healthy (unlike me, I'm a skinny Kween) :cheer:
  21. Maybe one of the most bizarre lipsyncs, but this is the song they did it to: DpkFjgKcnKE If I had a choice, I would've choosen this: w_n0Ls4taMs
  22. For people that don't get it "Unna dig" = "Treat yourself" Unna is basically the "treat" word, except it's a bit more than that but it's great
