Sexercize is a funny song - because obviously it's very catchy, but at the same time the title alone is just, no baby, no. I think it really would've brought down the cringiness of the song if they had just titled it "Exercize" and let people deduce what the pun actually was instead of spelling it out.

She needs more crossover to chart or get major airplay on Pop Radio. It's also not spins that people should keep an eye on - it's the audience impact, which is currently at a marginal 0.299m Hot Adult Contemporary. Miley Cyrus, who is actually at #2 on spins, but #1 on AI on that format, has 22.688m in AI. ETA: On Pop Radio, she again has a marginal 0.453m AI, while the current number #1, Rema & Selena's Calm Down, has 48.733m in AI.

Not close at all as the Dance / Electronic charts have very little impact on the main charts. Still, it's performing better than her singles have in two decades or so there.

Yep. I think the high download sales show that she's won back a lot of lapsed 35+ fans with Padam Padam and those still buy albums.

I mean, they used narcan on her - while her team seems to deny that it had anything to do with an overdose (since that's when narcan is usually used), I don't find it encouraging considering that we've known she was in severe pain during the Madam X tour (even taking ice baths) and later having a hip surgery which is how Prince initially got addited to opioids... I doubt we'll ever know the full story what happened ultimately.

I feelt the same way as I feel with Spice Girls' Headlines - it fits perfectly into the collection when you listen to it, but as a standalone single... eeh, nah.
