Why 'try'? She makes music for her fans not to be hugely successful, although as with the Greatest Hits and Affirmation that sometimes comes along.

This woman is the most talented vocalist in britain but still hasnt sold more than 3 million records, she stopped 'trying' a long time ago. She's an artist. not a singer or celebrity.

Such good news, cannot wait for this to be released which means a tour following.

  2. Oh god, here we go again.

The Saturdays have no discenible songwriting talent

Not for long, if you did your research you know they're writing bucket loads for the follow up to 'Chasing Lights' which im sorry, but contains far more 'hits' than Lady GaGa's effort.

If the hype around The Saturdays was the same as it was for Lady GaGa and they walked around streets calling up the paps and posing in underwear holding teacups and being all 'quirky' i believe 'Up', 'Issues' and 'Just Cant Get Enough' would of been number 1's.

The song is sexy, their performance of it on Ant and Dec showed this side and they're going through with that for the video. Leave the bloody girls alone for once. You're blatently just bitter because you never thought they'd be around 1 month nevermind 1 year, get over it.

POLE-dancing, PVC and dominatrix action. Sounds like a Saturday night behind closed doors for an MP.

But the eye-popping antics are what CHERYL COLE, SARAH HARDING, NADINE COYLE, KIMBERLEY WALSH and NICOLA ROBERTS have in store for fans on their forthcoming UK tour. It’s with great pleasure I bring you the news that the foxy five have been taking secret lessons in pole dancing for their Out Of Control tour, which kicks off next Friday at Manchester’s MEN Arena. And gentlemen, if you haven’t bought a ticket for one of the 32 dates, best get a pair to treat you and the missus to a night out.

A source on the GIRLS ALOUD tour has filled me in on what’s in store for lucky audiences over the next few months. I’m told: “The girls have been taking tips from some of the best pole dancers in the business to put together a really naughty dance routine for their song Fix Me Up. Each of the girls has their own podium-mounted pole to show off their skills and costumes. It’s jaw-dropping stuff.”

As if that isn’t enough to get pulses racing, the group have another surprise in store. They have put together their own cover of BRITNEY SPEARS’ hit Womanizer. Cheryl and co will be decked out in skintight PVC dominatrix gear dishing out a bit of punishment to their male dancers. I wonder if they had a spare gimp mask left over for her hubby ASHLEY COLE?

The show’s setlist is packed with the record-breaking 20 consecutive top ten tracks and imminent single Untouchable. The source added: “The girls will open and close the show with The Promise. They also have Biology, Love Machine, Call the Shots and The Loving Kind with more half-naked songs. The Loving Kind will see the girls perform in individual neon boxes.”

The girls did a high-wire stunt on TV’s Dancing On Ice last month, and that seems to have tickled their choreographer. “At one point in the show they will fly from the main stage to a specially constructed smaller stage in the middle of the arena to perform two songs.”

Putting aside the PVC and dominatrix action on what will be their fourth arena tour, Girls Aloud are the best pop act in the country right now. They deservedly landed a Brit in February and this tour will only cement their place at the top of the pop tree.

Cheryl, Sarah, Nadine, Kimberley and even Nicola pole dancing is just an added bonus.

From The Sun, very reliable for tour spoilers.

Looks like, amazingly this tour is going to be even better than last years! So glad i'm going thrice now!

  4. Without a doubt the biggest budgeted Girls Aloud video ever and indeed their best video ever. The scene with the aeroplane, the ending (with the tv news report) and the beginning are all pheonomonal.

It portrays where Girls Aloud are at the moment .... in a totally different league (compared to this time 3 years ago)

  5. I'd HATE to STIR anything UP but Sugababes are Britain's most-successful active girl group. They have sold more records, marginally.

No, not according to Guinness. Record sales arent the only thing to make a band successful as we've had told many times before, think a 30-odd date arena tour and a 700k+ album in the past year and everyone would say that trumps Sugababes active 'success'.

  6. The whole point of a charity single is to sell as much as possible. Im sure the people at Comic Relief appreciate the big sales over the no.1 anyday.

This year The Saturdays have contributed to the biggest fundraising CR ever and have the biggest selling CR single for 4 years (so far).

Give them a f***ing break and go away, theres only so much $h!t people can read before it starts getting boring. No-one here thinks the track has done badly and hardly anyone in the general public knows who was number 1 last week - trust me, only a small percentage of people follow the charts weekly and most of them reside on here.

The Saturdays, 120k+ = Comic Relief success

  7. If The Vomit is code for Girls Aloud then dont be such a silly, jelous boy!

If this is true, its rather sad. They havent been as big as they were in 2005/2004 for ages, but they cant come back. If they throw this away, they're just playing into their rivals hands!

  8. Oh my god, it would be such a waste if they let this go. Without a doubt these past few years they havent been half as big as they were in 2004/2005 but im sure they should give it one more go, if they dont it would be a shame.
