I think it could be top 10 this week, in the past two days (Friday and Saturday) they've been on 5 tv programmes. No.10 would be just amazing, even just to say 'the top 10 debut album'.

They sand both on Miquita's show too, which were fantastic. Im sure its the album thats the most important so i would'nt be that bothered if they didnt do 'Issues' as thats had its chance to sell Chasing Lights and still is with the vid and other promo. Another top 5 is guarenteed so this wont affect the sunday chart position very much.

They have to be nominated for best newcomer at The Brits after this re-surge in success this year. I mean this single could end up doing better than 'Up' in terms of sales!

OH MY GOD! This is such good news for them, with the album rising and the single too. This will be no.4 come sunday, after the AT show and YCNY on saturday which means that each of their singles has peaked higher than the other. Could this mean we are 3 singles away from a no.1?!

Great news, so the album has surpassed the 100k stage now? And btw, they re-recorded 'Work' for the single (confirmed by one of the girls i think) so no worries there. Album total by July 2009 - 250k

No, just because somethings shipped early it doesnt mean it will chart this week. It wont count as its not officially released until monday. Megamix is great, but does no-one think the stars on 45 thing is COMPLETELY random?!

9 weeks in the top 10 is absolutely incredible, i can't quite believe it. Longest top 10 run for one of their albums yeah? Im so glad its hung on at #10, lets hope its #8 or #9 to make it one last week top 10.

Its got to, just got to go top 10. If not its a travesty, but i reckon the fans alone have the power for it to go to #9 or #8 at least.

Notice that the top 4 selling singles are all from an era (apart from theres not one from Chemistry), good that eh?! I've just counted, they're just over 100k away from selling 3million singles (with at least 100k from TLK and poss another 50k from TP i reckon this time next month they will have reached the landmark) and they will surpass the 3.4 million mark of album sales by next month too. The girls have sold 6.3 million records in just over 6 years.

Yeah, Nadine was actually the standout performer this time. Nic was amazing too.

Same with Girls Aloud, its christmas week and the christmas songs will be a force to be reckoned with.
