Axwell, Sinclar & Ron Carroll - What A Wonderful World
Another fad in the dance world at the moment is trio-collaborations, two big-name producers combined with vocalist. See forthcoming tune from Spoon, Harris & Obernik for example. Axwell's biggest hit to-date is "I Found U" which shot to #6 in the charts, whereas Sinclar does even better peaking at #3 with "Rock This Party (Everybody Dance)". Drawn together with the vocal talents of US singer Ron Carroll who has featured on many previous house anthems, they have created a blinding piece of vocal house. Starting off with a similar bassline to the Remode mix of "I Found U" with Carroll's preacher style vocals flowing nicely over the top, this one builds into a glorious uplifting string breakdown before drifting back into the bassline. Similar to a Thomas Gold production. This one could be as big as Prydz monster anthem "Pjanoo" with the right promo. Rumoured for official release in October via Positiva and Defected. (Axwell and Sinclar's home labels) Go to youtube for video. Cannot embed. <_<

Velvet - Fix Me
Put back til 11th August. Positiva are playing with fire if they expect commercial success. People will get bored of it.

Hervé feat Plastic Little - Cheap Thrills [DATA]
Funnily enough Aaron, Joshua Harvey aka Hervé had the same idea!! :P ;) This one still bubbling under for me.
-
Dave Spoon, Paul Harris & Sam Obernik - Baditude
Updated today. This one getting big support now for release 11th August. Couldnt help wonder would it not have been better to release the E-Squire mix as the edit, its immense and v commercial.

No Halo - Put Your Hands

Hervé feat Plastic Little - Cheap Thrills [DATA]
Bump! What's happened to the hype surrounding this? Are Data giving it a full release now? Where's the airplay? Why has no-one commented lol?!

Fedde Le Grand + Funkerman "3 Minutes to Explain"
This one is gonna struggle chartwise. It's a good track but not in the same formula as his previous hits as people will be expecting from a follow-up single. Personally I think this was a bad move by Data, where commercial success is concerned. I just hope I can be proved wrong. What happened to his tune with Luciana? To be honest, I was expecting his next single to be his remix of Martin Solveig's "C'est La Vie". It had great commercial potential.

Hervé feat Plastic Little - Cheap Thrills [DATA]

Herve is no stranger to the scene, having already produced "Beeper" under the Count alias with fellow jockey Sinden, Joshua Harvey is fast becoming ones of the names to follow in 2008. Now with a quirky vocal version added by vocalists Plastic Little and NY. I can really see this blowing up big style and even topping the chart. You will not be able to escape this for the next few months. Out end September (enough time to build!)

No Halo - Put Your Hands
http://imgplace.com/image_bin/1332/03bc6487bf3f72eb677cd8ec5950f55b.JPG.th.jpg (My artwork) I just HAD to big this tune up, its absolutely gorgeous. The Hed Kandi crew have come up trumps with this massive vocal funky houser produced by Paul Harris/Ian Masterson/Therese Grankvist (Feelin' Me). Utilising the main riff from former Defected anthem "Sunday Shoutin" by Johnny Corporate, this updated full vocal version is just the ticket for any discerning house DJ. Newcomer Lauren Rose on vocals. It's currently being caned by Tongy and supported by many others on the white isle. Out 11th August on Hed Kandi. I want this to be the tune of the summer. The best vocal houser in ages. :yahoo:

N Force vs Darren Styles - Right By Your Side
If you want another Cascada clone, check out Daruso "Closest Thing To Heaven". Produced by Jewels & Stone, vocals by Jess Russo. Quite catchy actually.

Three Tracks: Buy Now, DJ Disciple, Midnight Juggernauts
I have to say nice choices altho Body Crash doesnt move me at all, cant get the hype. Love the sample from the disco classic but not commercial enough for huge success, altho Radio 1 have it listed as with DJ Disciple, which wont make a dent either. My fave though is Shadows, love that moody electro funk sound they got, they from Oz arent they, this should be HUGE!!!!!!

Disco's Revenge for 2008
They havent added the vocal, the vocal is lifted from the original "Mole Hole Dirty remix" with Sonique on vocals. Can i just say, Amanda Wilson has an amazing voice!!!! PS. Looks like they pulled the plug on Mac Project having a full release, maybe rightly so as Gusto hardly dented the charts. Shame. :(

Sonny J 'Handsfree (If You Hold My Hand)'
This is a fantastic tune so different. If this isnt #1 its a serious crime!!!! Great song, awesome vid. Reminds me of Thriller lol.

Nightcrawlers are back!

This is a cover of an old 90s song by KWS. Its absolute tripe, same formualic off-beat drivel as Now Youre Gone. Bin it.
