JJ's Hot 40 Dance Singles Chart #25
The green eyed monster!! http://images.juno.co.uk/150/CS198775-01B.jpg The hype around this tune has finally reached its climax as last week's new entry storms into the top spot. Created by producers behind the likes of Modjo and Supermen Lovers, "Lucy" is the quintessential french house tune to rival the creme de la creme. This wonderfully orchestrated house tune is perfect for those long hot summer nights complete with a subtle hint of Ibiza sunshine. Caned everywhere from Canada to Timbuktu, this is gonna be the biggest dance smash of the year. Tom Novy's follow-up seems to be hitting the right spot across the airwaves, with Data Records' latest release soon to rival the discotastic "Your Body". Will be lucky to hit top 30 but that doesnt stop me playing it!! Louise Claire Marshall provided vocals on Silicone Soul's top 15 hit "Right On" back in the day. She returns to the dance circuit, fully loaded with an infectious disco nugget that'll leave Curtis Mayfield's head spinning. "Misunderstanding" is a gorgeous sing-a-long anthem, the first of many to come. A welcome return to the upper regions of the chart from Chris Lake who teams up with "One Eye Shut" vocalist Laura Vane to provide the full vocal to the formerly instrumental tune "Changes" to prepare it for chart-bound success. This goes in beating its previous peak of number 8. Big climbers into the top 10 this week, from Fran Cosgrave's (yes! thats right!) alter-ego Inner City Playboys with the rocking "Jetsetter". This is the next Rogue Traders "Voodoo Child". Full Intention are due to finally unleash this slice of loveliness in September, now thanks to a full vocal from Shena McKeown, who is no stranger to the charts, with association with top producers like Jurgen Vries, Jupiter Ace, Sex Machine under her belt, not to mention Full Intention themselves with the former hit "I'll Be Waiting". Etherfox are signed to the Shapeshifters' Simon Marlin and wife Lola's label Nocturnal Groove but this is now set to crossover to the mainstream and about time too!!! This is uplifting vocal house at its best and re-entering and improving on its previous peak of number 20, this looks like a future chart-topper. Other new entries in the chart from dutch team Soul Corporation, Robbie Craig is back after all that "Woman Trouble" with the Soulshaker boys, swedish outfit September make their mark, as does the new vocal version of Ben Macklin's "Feel Together". Another wave of fresh blood comes from Milke, the Jaxx newie, L.O.V.E. and funky french stuff from Geyster. Exits from Sonique, Armand van Helden, Signalrunners, Bob Sinclar, Shapeshifters & Chic, Axwell, Horny Morris, Oakenfold and Above & Beyond. Check it owt!!!! JJ's Hot 40 Dance Singles Chart #24
Face the music child!! http://i5.tinypic.com/20h7jm9.jpg Rogue Traders can no longer work their magic at the top spot despite a good effort and tough competition. The infamous Tiff has leant her indisputable vocal talents to another corking house tune. Conjure One are most well known for the trance underground hit "Sleep". This time around, house is on the menu and most people seem to be jumping on the proverbial bandwagon, Kaskade turn out a belter of a mix that will have you bopping till the sun comes up. This is a classy house tune with good US production. The tune on everyone's lips seems to be at the forefront of a welcome revivial of french disco house, "Lucy" has summer hit written all over it in big black letters. With Mani Hoffman at the helm, vocalist on Supermen Lovers' #2 smash hit "Starlight" you cannot go wrong. This goes in as the highest new entry this week. Etherfox return to the chart after peaking at #20, this time one place higher but as airplay builds for this one, a top 10 peak looks almost certain. Another former chart-dipper comes in the form of Micky Modelle vs. Jessy who only managed to scrape top 40 last time around, a major improvement as this goes straight into the top 25. Sampling Phil Collins wedding sing-a-long "Another Day In Paradise" we see the return of Supafly who gave us top 30 hit "Lets Get Down" with Fishbowl sharing production duties. Now they're going it alone and thats not a bad thing at all, "Movin Too Fast" is a very catchy little tune with massive chart potential. Head for the Northwest Remix and listen out for the Hi Tack "Say Say Say" backing. Reel People have turned out an awesome reworking of Javine and Richard X's "You Used To Hold Me". This manages to creep in and will soon have a massive hit on their hands. Last but not least, a classic anthem brought up to date, Dave Lee's back with Carolyn Harding and an update of "Moving On". We say goodbye to ATFC, Lorraine, Paul Harris, Ferry Corsten, Roger Sanchez and Jenna Drey. 'Av a butchers.... :yahoo: CHART NO. 24 WEEK COMMENCING 17-JUL-06 01 (02) CONJURE ONE feat. Voodoo magic is in the air!! http://images.juno.co.uk/150/CS225528-01A.jpg The official release of this rock-a-thon has helped propel this former #4 hit straight to the top of the chart eclipsing DT8 and Conjure One in its path. The Aussies know how to turn a dancefloor into a funk-fuelled sweat fest. Their debut single has finally been unleashed here in the UK to a great reception looking for a guaranteed top 3 hit this weekend. I love the funkiness of this track and Natalie's vocals work a treat over the off-key bass lines. New entries from Soul Avengerz with the awesomely funky "Dont Let The Morning Come". Thanks to a cheeky little car-ad David Guetta's bootleg is now official and set to be massive when released in August. Alex Gaudino, better known for Lil' Love, returns with another 80's sampler and last but certainly not least, the next one from Bob Sinclar's "Western Dream" a reworking of the C&C hit "Sweat" called "Rock This Party" with Cutee B (Fatman Scoop sound-a-like) doing the vocals. Saying a sad farewell to this week's chart are Mike Nero, DHT, Loleatta Holloway, Dab Hands and Sharam. Feast your eyes... Nikki's interview was the funniest EVER. She was a fantastic housemate and love or hate her, she was class entertainment if you could put up with the whining. Im gonna miss her so much the only consolation is that the superb Ash didnt go. Get that fat ****ing moose Jayne out now, the public are after her blood for doing that to Nikki.

Btw he's not a good-nature dimwit, its all an act. People have said it, he's conniving and sly and you only have to look at his face to see that. I WANNA KICK HIS CHUFFIN' HEAD IN!!!!!!!!! :arrr:
