Ukraine would have voted for Belgium had it been there. But i 4got to vote in the semi-final. Btw Norwegian, Danish and German entries - only noticed them in the final. They are really quite good.

I agree with Rob. It was a huge big pile of steaming dung. The quality of the songs with the highest final placing was BAD. Except for Russia, Sweden and some others... Malta was one of the best songs but it was down to performance and his vocal was not all that good. But it was still a good song and it did not deserve to come last. They normally do very well in the ESC. This was a huge shock. Also Belgium, Estonia and Slovenia should have been in the final. They were by far the better songs in the whole competition. The Bosnia song was a total bore. The voting was the worst cock-up of all, they should not allow the non-qualifying countries to vote and i agree there was no tension with the 1-7 points. They should change it back for next year otherwise they will have a huge dent in the audience. Also what would be interesting if all the finalists couldnt vote and the only voting was from the non-qualifiers, this should make things interesting. At the end of it, it came down to the Balkan and Scandinavian alliance which is gonna ruin the competition in the future.

UK performance could not be faulted. It was awesome but do we honestly think we will come anywhere but lower top 20 in this joke contest?! Finland was a big pile of dog poo, why on earth did we give it 12 pts?? Dont think for a minute, that televoting counts towards the voting, that is pre-ordained before they even open the phone-lines. Ireland was boring as hell. Ukraine was awesome. Beautiful girl, amazing voice. Should have won. Romania was good. Sweden was brilliant. Russia was good but proved it by coming second. PS. Mikey i've loved the Maltese entry ever since I heard it and thought it would do really well, but he sounded very off-key in places and let's be honest it's not a Balkan country....

Kate Ryan's dismissal was totally unjustified. She had by far a better song than most of the competition in the final. I dont care what people say, its all down to countries voting for their neighbours, it has been for the past five years and its a real shame as Eurovision is starting to become a farce. It should be about the song. Finland is one of the worst songs in history it should not have won. :angry:

Greek entry is absolutely dire - they should make it a new rule where the host country cannot enter that year. Irish entry is boredom personified - it put me to sleep....
