Alyssa is a great lyricist and singer, but her release strategy hasn't allowed her to show off her talent. Alone Again is a nice enough throwaway pop song, The Game got old in a hurry and I now see it as a total hot mess, but she shone with Talk Me Down. Her lyrics in it are really touching, and the double entendre is really clever: "you can watch me up high, but you won't talk me down". I don't know if it would've worked as a first single, but definitely better than The Game as the second single. I'm expecting great things from the title of this.

Really like this. This seems like one of those random songs that Radio 1/Capital pick up and wouldn't usually do well, but ends up having a decent chart run. Her IAC appearance will probably make it more likely to do well. Hope she gets a hit with it!

Btw, the Carolynne overhype-age on here is predictable and definitely something that will probably annoy me in the future. Having said that, she is good! My favourite at the moment is probably Jade Ellis, the tone in her voice is wonderful.

After doing a bit of research, it makes sense, they're signed to the same record label. And to me, that song sounds too good to be wasted on (sorry Wanessa) someone who's never gonna have a UK hit.

A Brazilian fan said there is some rumour on a Brazilian forum that Little Mix are covering this: wLz0-c4QzJg Doubt it, but I like the song, so thought I'd post it anyway :) I like the production elements too, but it's a bit cheap sounding overall.

She has one of those voices that doesn't sound good on anything, despite the fact she can sing in tune and hold a note. The song isn't bad though.

Endless by Inna is out tomorrow apparently... I wish her label didn't release her songs with the most potential without promo: 10 Minutes, Wow, Endless and perhaps Un Momento. I think Endless could've maybe reached top 10 if it was released closer to the time of Sun Is Up.
