  1. Melanie will be appearing on the Late Late Show in Ireland next friday night to promote the book, ahead of the book signing on Saturday morning in Dublin.
  2. Peaked at number 3 during the 2019 tour.
  3. 2nd episode consolidated to 1.128million viewers, which is a rise of 137k viewers over the week from when it was first broadcast. In the important 16-34 age viewers it was watched by 226k people (of which 132k were women and 94k were men). Channel 4's 12th most watched show of the week. For some context Coronation street was watched by 390k-450k viewers in the 16-34 aged group that week.
  4. The first episode consolidated to 1.1 million viewers so a rise of 250k. Some geeky breakdowns of that - 224k were aged between 16-34 and of that 160k were women and 64k were men. 70k viewers were under 16. Around 800k were aged 34+. It was the 9th most watched show on Channel 4 that week. They still have pulling power. A relatively cheap to make documentary that wasn't endorsed or promoted by the girls. Channel 4 would have been happy with the results.
  5. 800k watched the doc last night. Wouldn't read too much into it, Channel 4 have had broadcasting issues over the past few days. Bake was down 1 million compared to last week. Hopefully it will have a lot of viewers on catch up.
  6. Up 20% on the first episode to 1 million in overnight viewers. We'll get the official total for the first episode next Monday, which includes recordings and catch up viewers.
  7. I was in the back stand and the sound where we were was perfect and I had a friend in an upper tier and they said sound was fine where they were. Maybe some of the speakers weren't sinked up right in some locations? I dunno 🤷‍♀️
  8. Merch is way more expensive than previously online
  9. So much leopard 🐆 print around tonight, love it. And I thought Mel b was the least popular.... Not tonight ✌️
  10. Everyone given wrist bands here on the way in for lighting up.... Eek, exciting
  11. From the press release of the conference today at Croke Park...says Jess Glynn will be on stage at 7pm and Spice Girls on stage at 8:15pm. During the conference they actually say Spice Girls on stage between 8:15 and 8:30pm and that the show ends between 10:30 and 10:45pm. This suggests a running time of about 2hrs 15mins. I'd imagine it will be at least 8:30pm before the girls come out. It also says 75,000 tickets have been sold, of which 20% were purchased outside of Ireland. Hopefully all the publicity today will sell the final tickets. Plus there is an enormous amount of media attending this from around the world. And most importantly it now looks like it will be a decent evening weather wise, there was news reports last weekend that it could be a washout. This should ensure a few more sales on the day.
  12. Anyone bought tickets from gigs n tours. And got there tickets yet?
  13. Bless her. She's done it as well as can be expected.
  14. Melanie C
