Actually, I believe the ABBA Medley was also a Sony release surprisingly. I wonder if it's possible to get licensing for that song again? It appeared on all the 99 compilations I owned :lol: Whilst NOW did one or two Sony artists over different NOWs, they started appearing more frequently after NOW 58 when Sony merged with SONY BMG and also brought the rights to Jive Records. They became a staple of the NOW Brand around 2006 after the HITS series died a slow and painful death.

Yay for Ugly Heart! Such a great song! I finally own NOW 89 and I can see how the overlapping of the songs can be annoying. But I can get by. Playing it all in full, It's actually really good! Not as strong as other winter NOWs, but still very good!

The US NOW albums are known to do this quite a bit actually. I found this out when I wanted to listen to the Nelly Version of "Girlfriend" by *NSYNC by I got the last few seconds of Mac Anthony's song as well. And on their version of NOW 46, "Kiss You" starts at the end of the previous track, so skipping to it means you miss a bit of the beginning and it's so noticeable -_-

the 2005 & 2010 versions are fantastic! :wub: As is NOW Dance Anthems from '09.

Oh I didn't scroll down far enough when I was looking for it :lol: But oh no :( It does seem they originally had a great set of tracks they wanted to include, but perhaps the budget ran short or something. If that's the case, there is no harm in removing it and trying something else. Maybe iTunes have it wrong also. (I'm in total denial)

According to the NOW Music documentary, the NOW Music series was unique because they would include full versions of songs back in the day (along with being the original artists). Seems like times have changed. Anywho, I'll be getting NOW 89 on Thursday (along with NOW Legends) - so excited!

The new Spin-Off/Merchandise thread is up and running. After looking at the track listing again, it's very good! I'm just happy they got Warner artists again :lol: I imagine the NOW team having a panic attack when asking for artists like Ed Sheeran now. I don't understand why Warner just add their label to the back of the case and be done with it. I wonder if we'll get a "Coming Soon" page again, like we did on NOW 88.
