That's also a great top 12! Audio Bullys and Kylie should've been much higher! What now? Do we just move on to the next NOW?

Rich Girl at Number One? Excellent! :D

I loved So Much Love to Give. Sounded so good back in the day, still sounds pretty good today though really. And I do have a soft spot for Weezer's "Beverly Hills"
  5. Yes, there need to be more surprises on compilations. That's why I was so disappointing with NOW 21st Century, nothing new or exciting. I only brought it 'cos I collect the NOWs (well there is a limit lol)
  6. Aw. I know there is a Smash Hits album that does have Never Give Up... on it, must have been a deal with Virgin before Geri left the band. Apparently it's a "Collectors item" for Spice fans and I'm starting to believe that's true, 'cos I can never find it in That's Entertainment or Charity Shops. RE: Pure Pop Anthems, I know another of those "Pure..." albums has the lead single from Ciara's last album on it, so I really want to buy that and "30 Stars: Pop" has "Let There Be Love" by Christina, so I really want that as well. I own a lot of these songs, but I always get excited when a flop diva song gets put in a compilation album  I also own "Pure... Pop" which also very good! Some excellent songs on that one. If you have a That's Entertainment near you, go there! You can get "Good as new" NOW albums for £1.99 and they go as far back as NOW 22. :D
  7. I was thinking of getting that Pure... Pop Anthems album just so it could compliment the Pop - The Collection album  Might just do it actually. Also, that Smash Hits album, is that the one with Never Give Up On the Good Times by Spice Girls on it?

After seeing the Top 100 on the official charts site, the track listing is pretty accurate to the official biggest selling tracks. Shame they didn't put a bit more money in it and get an Adele or Beyonce track on the album, but oh well.
  9. Sorry I didn't reply, but yeah! It's one of those budget compilations from Warner Music. Looked fantastic, so I had to have it  I'm sure i have all these songs on many different albums, but I am a sucker for a good compilation
  10. Wind It Up is fabulous! I love that song! I think both albums are fantastic, I hope album 3 can match the quality of LAMB & The Sweet Escape.

those are bad, but just look at the beautiful pop classics on disc 2! Kylie, Girls Aloud, Charlotte Church, Rachel Stevens and Gwen  2005 was a fabulous year for pop
  12. Albums: Iggy Azalea - The New Classic Now That's What I Call 21st Century Pop - The Collection
  13. I'm so excited! I can't wait!

I'm quite shocked at how the rates are for Crazy Frog! I remember buying that in MVC back in the day, along with Don't Phunk With My Heart. Such memories! That's why I love this series 'cos they just bring back fabulous memories!

Decided to give this a play on Spotify and I am amazed at how good this! It's something different compared to what other boybands are releasing. I might have to buy a physical copy of this  Also, someone said they went to Fairfax School in Sutton (or some of them) if so, that's amazing! 'cos I survived Fairfax as well :D

NOW 61 is one of those rare NOWs where disc 2 is better than disc 1 :o

Summer NOWs are always a joy  NOW 61 is just great, it really does cover a wide range of music, HipHop/Rap, Rock, Alternative, Pop and Dance. Perfect!

Good memories of Summer '05 with this album. Remember being on holiday and going into Woolworths and me and my mum buying a copy each, I brought it for Kylie, Girls Aloud and KT Tunstall. 20. damn! me and Aled were gonna go to it. Here's hoping the 4 Spice Girls tour and All Saints get an opening slot

I agree, I love that NOW has a rival compilation again, because we get a few more flops on each album. I think the reason why Warner's logo doesn't get put on the NOW Cd back cover is because all compilation based stuff from Warner is dealt by a label called "Rhino" and maybe they thought that "Rhino" would look odd next the Universal and Sony labels. I am so sure that most of disc 2 was originally gonna have the Warner artists on it.

To potential was huge. I was expecting a nice mixture of songs like NOW Running 2014. But no  There is no selling point to this album, it'd be better off being a digital album release in all honesty. I could come up with a 21st Century album in 5 mins and it'd still look better than that. In fact here it is. Disc 1: 01: Melanie C featuring Lisa "Left-Eye" Lopez - Never Be the Same Again 02: Britney Spears - Oops!...I Did It Again 03: Robbie Williams - Rock DJ 04: Atomic Kitten - Whole Again 05: Jennifer Lopez - Love Don't Cost a Thing 06: Kylie Minogue - Can't Get You Out of My Head 07: Enrique Iglesias - Hero 08: Ronan Keating - If Tomorrow Never Comes 09: DJ Sammy - Heaven 10: t.A.T.u - All the Things She Said 11: R. Kelly - Ignition (Remix) 12: Black Eyed Peas - Where is the Love? 13: Kelis - Milkshake 14: Shapeshifters - Lola's Theme 15: Natasha Bedingfield - These Words 16: Gwen Stefani - What You Waiting For? 17: James Blunt - You're Beautiful 18: Sugababes - Push the Button 19: Gnarls Barkley - Crazy 20: Scissor Sisters - I Don't Feel Like Dancin' Disc 2: 01: MIKA - Grace Kelly 02: Rihanna featuring JAY Z - Umbrella 03: Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love 04: Duffy - Mercy 05: Estelle featuring Kanye West - American Boy 06: Girls Aloud - The Promise 07: Lily Allen - The Fear 08: Lady Gaga - Poker Face 09: Cheryl Cole - Fight for this love 10: Alexandra Burke featuring Flo Rida - Bad Boy 11: Katy Perry featuring Snoop Dogg - California Gurls 12: Eminem featuring Rihanna - Love the Way You Lie 13: Bruno Mars - Grenade 14: Adele - Someone Like You 15: Maroon 5 featuring Christina Aguilera - Moves Like Jagger 15: Gotye featuring Kimbra - Somebody That I Used to Know 16: fun. featuring Janelle Monae - We Are Young 17: PSY - Gangam Style 18: will.i.am featuring Britney Spears - Scream & Shout 19: Daft Punk featuring Pharrell - Get Lucky 20: OneRepublic - Counting Stars 21: Pharrell - Happy

It's on the NOW Music website archive. It's a major let down. The cover does have "2005" and "2006" on it, yet the oldest song is from 2008. Plus all these songs have been on very recent spin-offs anyway. They really like "Firework" by Katy Perry. I think I preferred when they released a small amount of spin-offs, because it was more a case of quality, not quantity.

All of the 00's had it's highlights, 2010-2011 had AMAZING songs and so did 2013. I hope it's a selection of songs from 2000-2014 and not just things like 2009-2014
  25. Spiral posted a post in a topic in The Music Lounge
Yeah. But I am worried that they'll stick with more recent songs again. I remember NOW 00s first disc was nothing but 2008-2009 songs. But you can't deny, that's one amazing cover.
