Now That's What I Call Music! 79
I thought that's how it started  And I love the club bangers, but the disc 1 has all the pop and all the slow songs  Disc 2 has it's good points of course (mainly Minaj)

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
I agree, there was room for a lot more songs. And Now 76 had 46 tracks as well, they could've done so much more. And I still don't think the last 4 tracks would be a good idea, especially since the US Now Music "fans" are moaning about what's happened. I've listened to the album in full a few times now and I personally think that Disc 1 is a lot stronger than Disc 2, which usually happens a lot for the series (but not recently). I didn't even notice that was edited  Do you mean editing out all the swears?

Now 79 of course

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
It's a bit shocking that not only we get "Born this Way" that is now 2 songs old, but that it's also badly edited  And it's thing like that that make me thing they should have 4 (one per season), but chances are it'd be hard to fill two discs. And I personally don't want what they US do with the last 4 tracks.

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
Yeah, someone said on the Now Forums that it's the "Radio Edit". But all the stations I've listened to play it in full. And that's great, they usually get a lot of slack for being so far behind in their song choices.

Melanie C - 'The Sea'
This is a fantastic song!! I would love it if it just made the bottom of the top 40! But that's not going to happen :(

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
You have got a great point, but Now Music have skipped past big sellers before for more recent tracks. I gave all the songs a listen on YouTube and the final few tracks on disc 1 flow really well together, a nice chill out summer collection before partying hard on Disc 2.

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
I agree with Euphorique, I hate people who say "real music" isn't on the NOWs anymore. "Real Music" (indie/rock) isn't popular at the moment. And I like that they include minor hits, it covers the charts pretty well in that case :)

Kelly Rowland - What A Feeling Wynter Gordon - Dirty Talk Inna - Sun Is up I'm not surprised 'Fast Car' isn't on 79, It's never been featured on a UK compilation before I believe. And even though I badly wanted Beyonce, her flop of 'Run the World (Girls)' made it impossible, and 'Best Thing I Never Had' would be hard to get considering it's only just made an impact on the chart. I have no idea why Alexis Jordan isn't on this & the inclusion of 'Born this Way' over 'Judas' or 'Edge of Glory' is really odd. Unfortunately no Britney Spears either, major shame also. But great inclusions of Nicki Minaj, Birdy, Coldplay and Katy Perry. It could've done with a double appearance of J. Lo & Nicole Scherzinger. 'I'm Into You' and 'Right There' are fantastic and it wont be long until they release their next singles. Overall. a 7/10. Now 76 was a much better Summer Now! It had everything!

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
that would be pretty nice! But I don't think they'll do that, I personally would like "Now 2000" and have them go up to 2009, just like before!! It would be pretty good.

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
I can't believe I missed all this talk about the NOWs / HITS / TOTPs & Smash Hits :( Actually, I decided to spin Hits 51 on iTunes, but it didn't come up with the artists, so I had to type them in... Some of the names I was typing I had no idea who they were  And i cringed when i had to type 'Bob the Builder' and 'Tweenies'. *shivers*

I would love to see Birdy - Skinny Love on Now 79

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
Beyonce has been a harsh b!tch when it comes to copyright control... However we have had "Survivor", "Bootylicious", "Crazy In Love", "Deja Vu", "Irreplaceable" "Beautiful Liar", "Halo" and "Sweet Dreams". Maybe we'll get Run the World (Girls), but it's doubtful considering it's peak

Now That's What I Call Music! 79
I wonder what Gaga song they'll go for. Born this Way (Highly Expect), Judas (Also highly expect), Edge of Glory (doubtful - album track). Jennifer Lopez will probably only have one appearance on it with 'On the Floor'. But if they get both I'd be so happy  Doubt anything from Nicki Minaj will be on this :( I'd like to see some more of the "almost hits" on here like on Now 77. I do love a good flop (maybe like Nicola Roberts) :kink: I really don't want Pitbull on it, but something tells me we will
