  1. Albums: Jennifer Lopez - Love? (Deluxe Edition)
  2. It is, a wide selection of artists  And maybe she liked the original song, the power of the cover version works in mysterious ways
  3. I think she'll give them clearance IF she gets an award  I also have this theory when she gave the rights to 'Ray of Light' and 'Music' to the Grammy CD compliers. Whenever I get into the music industry I'm going to ask how they managed to get Madonna tracks on CDs  The recent CD I brought that contained Madonna was "Songs for Japan", had a live version of 'Miles Away' from the Sticky & Sweet Tour  and also "Ultimate Chick Flicks" which was a WEA/UMTV release that contained "American Pie", a very nice inclusion
  4. The Radio edit was what I was thinking, I forgot about the Brit Appearances Beautiful Stranger was also on a Brit Awards CD (as was Give It 2 Me) ANNDD on the 1991 edition "Rescue Me" was included. I like that Madonna doesn't make the compilations much, it makes it more of a surprise when she does appear. Only problem is that I can remember so many compilations she's appeared on that it makes me look like a right sad bugger.
  5. Yes she has, I own the one that has '4 Minutes' Germany gets her the most, she's appeared on The Dome & Bravo Hits more than twice, plus there's these love song compilations that have been running since 1980 (I think) and nearly EVERY Madonna ballad has appeared on them. "Kuschelrock" is the name of it. We've had a few rare appearances to, Hung Up & 4 Minutes have been on compilation CDs in recent times.
  6. From pervious HITS appearances Madonna has made a small amount on them, HITS 3 (Dress You Up), HITS 4 (Borderline), HITS 7 (La Isla Bonita), Huge Hits 1998 (Frozen) and HITS 60 (Love Profusion) <-- But that was a "bonus track" I just found it odd, Sony Music owned the compilation but labels like Columbia never appeared on the album, Beyonce even failed to make most of them. And I didn't know about the separate part thing.
  7. Oh dear, they really were scraping the barrel, they only had Sony Music, BMG and Warner Music contributing and even thought Sony & WMTV owned it, they couldn't even get clearance to the big artists like Mairah Carey, Madonna etc. Major fail  And the "Part 1, Part 2" thing was originally for the tapes "part 1" was tape one, but they couldn't be asked to change it for the CD releases  Messy HITS series indeed.
  8. Which one is that? Those HITS 96/97 albums were all very odd in my opinion. I've completed the HITS 50-60 series, but some of those "Hugs Hits" & Big Hits ones before '98 I may not bother with.
  9. Been to That's Entertainment again have we?
  10. Looking forward to this  I've missed it greatly.
  11. It was heaven wasn't it. I might squat in there
  12. I don't know if I should buy anymore, some of them look pretty good, but then others just are like "who the hell is this" They have 2 fantastic spin-off albums that I'd love "Clubland Classix" and "R&B Clubland". Both have some very good and very nostalgic songs on there. And "That's Entertainment" is a fantastic CD store. 99p, £1.99 (3 for £5), £3.99 (3 for £10) and then there are the chart albums. I'm guessing they are CDs that were left over from CD stores and where lying around in a stockroom. I love it in there
  13. Kind of went on a splurge at That's Entertainment: Albums: Britney Spears - Femme Fatale Ace of Base - Happy Nation (US Version) Alanis Morrisette - So-Called Chaos Holly Valance - Footprints The Killers - Hot Fuss Compilations: Clubland 15 (my first ever Clubland compilation) Now Dance 97 Now Dance 98 Now Dance 2007 Now Dance 2008 Hits 51 The Ultimate Chic Flick Soundtrack :kink:

Apologize (the Timbaland mix) was featured on Now 25 Years eventually. But i agree, Now Music do sometimes get the track versions wrong (see Taio Cruz). Interesting & fun news. Now Music have uploaded nearly all the NOW Music adverts from NOW 1-77 on their YouTube page. If anyone is interested in reliving TV adverts from back then click here The advert for Now 44 brings back so many memories  5o5hP-vfop8
  20. Tina usually had a tan back in the day. Now she looks likes she's bathed in Daz! It's so weird seeing the band together again, it's like that pic of S Club 8 all back together again, although all them got hotter/buffer.. S Club 7 have the reverse effect

i think disc 3 is like the party for the children that get dragged along to weddings because the parents can't be asked to find someone to look after them

Glee albums are soundtracks and I've always thought any soundtrack is a compilation
