  7. amazing!! i hope it doesn't flop
  8. 50: Nicole Scherzinger vs. Shontelle - Impossible Love ag4hrJMX4As Mashup Maker: MegamixCentral Songs Mashed: Nicole Scherzinger - Baby Love & Shontelle - Impossible Comments: So yeah, people usually expect Mash Ups to all be feel good, fast paced, boom boom styled tracks when it's clearly not. This fantastic mash up shows it's possible to mash up slower and more emotional tracks. I A perfect amount of Nicole and Shontelle together sharing lyrics all set to the "Impossible" instrumental. Very good! 49: Kylie Minogue Vs. New Order - Can't Blue Monday Out of My Head YNfATZUVIyc Mashup Maker: Stuart Crichton Songs Mashed: Kylie Minogue - Can't Get You out of My Head & New Order - Blue Monday Comments: This one is pretty obvious! the Minogues have never been strangers to Mash Up treatment, more Danni than Kylie, but even the oh so fabulous CGYOOMH gets a little dry sometimes, and New Order brings it the moisture it needs!! 48: Atomic Kitten Vs. Geri Halliwell - Bag Night vgkm663E5Fg Mashup Maker: Rick Wain Songs Mashed: Atomic Kitten - Ladies Night & Geri Halliwell - Bag It Up Comments: It's a very simple mash up, putting Geri's instrumental part of "Bag It Up" on a loop and having Atomic Kitten's whole song match to the beat. Geri also gets a few lyrics as well. You seriously thought my countdown wouldn't have a bit of Geri in their somewhere? Shame on you! 47: Various Artists - Miracles i9qW6HEBo_c Mashup Maker: Norwegian Recycling Songs Mashed: Bruno Mars - Just the Way You Are, B.o.B. feat. Bruno Mars - Nothin' On You, Gnarls Barkley - Crazy, Britney Spears - ...Baby One More Time, Jason DeRulo - In My Head, Justin Timberlake - My Love, Lady GaGa - Just Dance, Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love, Ne-Yo - So Sick, Michael Jackson - Black & White, Snoop Dogg - Sexual Eruption, Survivor - Eye of the Tiger, Taylor Swift - Fifteen & Fearless, Savage Garden - The Animal Song, Snoop Dogg & Justin Timberlake - Signs Comments: It's cool to make a mash up just match up and all that, but to take parts of each song and make something brand new can be extremely breath taking. Something Norwegian Recycling has done so well at. I personally think this could be a fantastic charity track that a lot of artists contribute to. 46: Rihanna Vs. UB40 - Kingston Boy pEV4rZyKAks Mashup Maker: DJ's from Mars Songs: Rihanna - Rude Boy & UB40 - Kingston Town Comments: Was very unsure to include songs from DJ From Mars as they are part Mash Up & part Remix. But I decided to include them because it shows how unique mash ups can be, and this is a fine example. Expect more appearances from these guys in the future. 45: Whitney Houston Vs. Madonna & Cher - I Wanna Believe a Virgin E2QTxXDQeIk Mashup Maker: DJ Earworm Songs: Madonna - Like a Virgin, Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance With Somebody & Cher - Believe Comments: Yes, the now legendary mash up maker DJ Earworm created this amazing gay friendly anthem during his climb with the "end of year" mixes. Each artist gets lines in it and again makes an entire new song, where the lyrics mixed together make total sense.
  9. Well hello to you, I'm guessing you're looking at this thread because 1) You're a fan of mash ups 2) You simply love everything I post or 3) You're bored. Either way welcome to my Ultimate Top 50 Mash Ups, ever!!! These top 50 have been hand picked by me, so you know their impressive selections.. not wanting to blow my own horn of course. Usually people put a list of the songs in the list, but that'd be ruining it a little bit so I won't be giving you that pleasure. Now for people who don't know what mash ups are, it's when a song is combined with another song (sometimes more than one) and make something totally new, interesting and down right amazing. Of course there are some people out there who think just putting an acapella over an instrumental will do, when obviously that is WRONG to high heavens. But enough about this.. should we crack on with the top 50!!!!! YAAAAY!

Geri Halliwell - Ride It (Disc 2) [signed] And then tons of promo singles. Kylie, Natasha Bedingfield, Saturdays, Spice Girls, Avril, Madonna, Ke$ha, Britney and Christina Aguilera, but I don't know if they are "rare"

The Muppet Christmas Carol is the only Christmas movie I watch, others make me cringe or bore me. I prefer watching Christmas specials instead.
  21. That's so unfair, the song should've been released the same time as the US so The Corrs could have had another number one. Andrea should've dressed up as a school girl in the video.. Is there even a video for Runaway
  22. Instead of making one offs can't they just come back? I want my free posters again!

Great news! I think Now 78 will be a massive success as well, so many hit songs could already be main contenders. Also, anyone seen the new website, it's a major disappointment. Plus that "Make your own NOW" thing is a bit pants as well, considering not all the songs featured on the nows have been added.
  24. Don't know if this counts because the show was made years after the song but Joan Osbourne - One of Us? it was used for Joan of Arcadia
