Progressed/Progress Chart Topic
I don't think that it will either. TC was realeased closer to Xmas so benefitted from the higher Xmas sales. Am pretty sure that it will do it by the end of the year though. Knew that WL would be number 1 this week - Progress has a very good chance of going back there though after next Friday.

Progressed/Progress Chart Topic
Am really looking forward to it. Am wondering if Westlife will go number 1 this week as they usually do? If that happens then TT will definately go back to No 1 after they are in The Late Late. Did you see it mentioned in the paper that TT will do an interview and perform and then Robbie will do a solo song aswell? I don't think that this could be right?? I hope not anyway!

That's a shame. Thaought they were great on CIN A brilliant and more relaxed performance. Looked like they were having a great time and Never Forget what a treat  .

Am so delighted about this Pete. Had a felling that it might do it. Was stalking the IRMA site all day! Do you know if there is any way to find out what the sales are?

It sure is! I know that I keep repeating myself but I    this album. I really do!

Didn't like Underground Machine the first time that I heard it but it has grown on me. It is addictive. My favourites are Wait and Happy now but I like them all apart from Pretty things and Affirmation - which is a shame as I love Howards voice normally. His vocals are very prominent on a lot of the other songs though. I love Flowerbed also - Jason's voice has such a clarity to it.

Am dying to hear what everyone thinks of the album. Has anyone else heard it yet? Am so excited about it. Apart from 2 tracks that I think are poor it's one of my favourite albums ever. I have actually forgiven them for taking Robbie back - I like it that much  ! The first time that I heard it I thought it was quite dark but it's actually not. It just makes you want to get up and dance and the songs are so catchy.

TT Single. The Flood (2010)
I agree with you. If they had performed it live last weekend I really think that it would be number one. I can't understand why anyone would think that it's bland. Greatest Day - yes but not The Flood. The album will be huge though!

Take That, Westlife, JLS for 'X Factor'
Juat watched it again. I can't understand why you think that Robbie was the only good thing about the performance Kath? Gary gave a really good performance and I think that the backing vocals were spot on. Obviously as Robbie is lead on the song he will stand out (also he was very very emotional) but it would be nothing without the others.

Take That, Westlife, JLS for 'X Factor'
I think that's unfair Kath. I think that was an electrifying performance and there's no way that Robbie and session singers could have produced that. Robbie started off shakily but other than that I can't find a fault with it. I know that it's your opinion and you are completely entitled to it but I think that no matter what TT produce now or what performance they pull off you will have a problem with it.

Take That, Westlife, JLS for 'X Factor'
I agree with you Pete. I thought that was a really great performance. It had me gripped - think I held my breath for the whole thing  . There is no way that Robbie + "session singers" would have had the same effect!!! I thought that Robbie was a little shakey to start with and was obviously nervous but as a whole I really enjoyed it and I agree that Gary sounded great.

iTunes Chart: November 2010 (II)
Yes but Amazon are only talking about their sales. I'd imagine that most people bought their albums in a music shop then rather than over the internet. I don't see why Amazon would make a statement that wasn't true. Anyway we will see soon enough how many albums TT sell next week.

I know  . I find it a bit cringey!

That could be true if you think about it. They did say male winner.

I know what you mean about the hand thing Kath but I think that it's just a habit that he has like the hand movement that he does when he sings! That drives me mad.

I agree with you about Jason. This was an edited version of the whole film for TV so maybe that's why you found hard to follow. I would like to see the whole thing.

Jason's track is really really good. They should definately have put either Affirmation or Pretty Things as hidden track instead. Jason was short changed there.

Just had to come back and say that I've actually listened to the album a few times now and IMO it deserves to be massive. I absolutely LOVE it    . It takes a few listens to really apprecate it but there are some great songs on there and about five that I think are potential singles. There's only two that I'm not that keen on - Affirmation and Pretty Things. It won't be to everyones taste but I think that it's brilliant!

TT Single. The Flood (2010)
That's true both BW and TC only went to number 1 after they had performed on the Late Late Show and Tubridy Tonight. I got an email from TTO saying that they hoped to make an appearance in Ireland so fingers crossed that they do this. I have to say that there are some very catchy tunes on this album. I know that you love TC and I do really like it but so far I'm preferring Progress to TC.

TT Single. The Flood (2010)
Juat noticed that progress is number 1 and 3 on Irish Itunes. I know that most people buy albums in CD rather than digital form but I think it's a good sign. Just listened to a few of the songs a few more times and I really love Wait and Kidz .

This album is soooo different to the first two but so far I really really like it. SOS, The Flood, Wait, Kidz, Happy Now and Flower bed are great songs. Just listened to Underground machine now and I like that aswell. Wonder what these songs will sound like live though??

TT Single. The Flood (2010)
If anything I think that this will make them want to pull it out of the bag more. Xfactor is the most important part of their promotion of this album along with the documentary. Just downloaded Progress so going to make a cuppa and have a good listen. So far really like Wait aswell as SOS and Kidz.
