It's a scoring system that each position in the chart generates a number of points, with #1 being the position that gives the most points and #200 being the position that gives the fewest points. It does not represent actual sales. Not to mention that each year has a different multiplier, which is stipulated based on how competitive the chart was that year. A very busy year guarantees a high score while a stagnant year guarantees a lower score.

The first day of her Coachella set is April 11th, Friday, so it would be interesting to drop the album that day. However, I think March would be the best month to drop. Pre-order by the end of the month, dropping it at the end of March along with 3rd single, so she would have 2 months of pre-orders, she would avoid February which will be dominated by Kendrick and using Coachella as her wildcard to give the album a boost and maybe taking it back to #1.
