She's going to need more than just 2 weeks of pre-order if she wants to debut at #1 with a good lead.

I doubt it, Kendrick's Superbowl is on the 9th and he's also under Interscope. I doubt they would put her at risk of losing another #1 album to him (well, not so sure when it comes to Interscope). By the 21st, his SuperBowl effect should have worn off and she would have a clear path.

They should keep as little new stuff on her site as possible, anticipating that fans will poke around in the site's source code and only add it hours before anything changes. The fan experience would be much better, but their lazy asses want to get everything ready, which ruins the experience, I'm saying this because it wasn't the first time this happened. This never happens with Taylor Swift for example, because her team is smart, you only find out about her new releases through Taylor herself.
