Falling Skies
This thread works fine for episode discussion vs the one I made a few months back. I'll proviso this post saying that the buildup for this series has been fairly massive for me since the social media marketing company I work for has been doing some of the campaigning for the series for TNT. That being said, I am also a Sci-Fi genre fan with roots going back to TOS in the 80s and everything else(for the most part) between now and then. The show was enjoyable for me personally. The characters have been developing pretty steadily as well as the plotlines between them. To me this show catches the frantic action and desperation of Spielberg's earlier work War of the Worlds, but serializes it. Also, I actually really liked the cornyness that Noah Wyle's Tom Mason brought to the plot, I mean spouting history lessons after the fall of humanity? Priceless:) Also, the characters are fun, Pope is a great antihero/anarchist/ex-con, and how he develops as a character will be an interesting plot point, especially considering his history with other characters. Which brings us to Margaret, who I am not 100% sure of. Here is the show's website for those seeking more info: http://www.fallingskies.com

Falling Skies
Anybody ever heard of it before? It's a bit of paranormal fiction for those who enjoy the genre. It debuts in June on TNT. For those that don't know Falling Skies is an upcoming TNT series that recounts the harrowing events of the alien invasion, which places Tom Mason, and his three sons, Hal, Ben and Matt in a struggle to survive as they fight back against the aliens. Here's the 2nd Mass site [http://2ndmass.com/] which is diary of events for more info. I work for the marketing company that picked up the campaign for show and from the trailer it looks awesome. Here is the trailer on Fanbolt: http://www.fanbolt.com/headline/1027...even_Spielberg

watch comedy show?
A comedy that I have found to be very funny recently is Glory Daze on TBS. I watched the pilot at the marketing company I work for when the campaign was picked up from the folks at Turner. When you see actors like Brad Garrett, Tim Meadows, Cheri Oteri show up, you know the episode will be priceless with lots of laughs. If you missed the boat on Glory Daze it follows the awkward, misadventures of four freshmen as they navigate college life. The guys agree to check out fraternity houses and end up at the steps of Omega Sigma. Intrigued by the fraternity’s cool factor, their fate is sealed. They begin a journey that will make a lifetime of memories. If you missed the crazy times due to your own college adventures, catch up by visiting TBS's Glory Daze page.

Rizzoli and Isles
Has anyone on Buzzjack seen TNT's drama Rizzoli and Isles? I was turned onto the show when we saw a sneak peak when the marketing company I work for picked up the campaign. The show is about best friends who grew up on opposite sides of the economic spectrum. Boston detective Jane Rizzoli (Angie Harmon) and medical examiner Maura Isles (Sasha Alexander) often find themselves working together as both use their brilliant minds and expertise to figure out the “who done it” as well as the “how done it” of Boston’s most complex cases. I love that despite their many differences, Jane and Maura remain best friends, with a quirky and supportive relationship. Find out more about the two smart, strong, competent women at the Rizzoli and Isles site.

Best TV Show
My Boys is a show that I have grown to love on TBS. I found out about it when the marketing company I work for picked it up a while back, and now season 4 is about to begin. PJ Franklin (Jordana Spiro) is a professional sportswriter looking for love within her world. Her "boys" are her family, which sometimes hinders PJ's dating life, as the men she tries to date don't know how to react to her unconventional interests and the all-important men in her life.Within the smorgasbord of career roller coasters and poker games, PJ and her boys find that love can appear without warning in the most unexpected places. My Boys returns when Season 4 premieres July 25th at 10/9 central on TBS. Tune in to watch their latest trials and tribulations. Let me know what you think! For more information check out the shows site. TBS - My Boys

top 10 TV shows?
I don't know that I have 10 favorite shows since I do not watch that much TV, but one show I really enjoy is HawthoRNe. It airs on TNT Tuesday nights at 9/8c. I heard about this through the marketing company that I work for. The show stars Jada Pinkett Smith (The Matrix trilogy) as Christina Hawthorne, a Chief Nursing Officer, and her medical team as they battle on the front lines of a war against declining patient services and hospital budget cuts. Look for full episodes on HawthoRNe's site.

Do you like to Watch Animated series?
I love animated shows. One show that I have been watching recently that keeps me laughing is TBS's Neighbors From Hell. I learned about the show when my job ( a marketing company ) picked it up, as it turns out it's from the same studio that did South Park and Family Guy. The premise is a corporation is drilling into the depths of the earth and Satan is afraid they will expose Hell. He sends one of his demons and his family to stop the drilling, but the bigger challenge seems to be fitting in. Check out more at the Neighbors From Hell site.

Best TV Show
Right now one of my favorite show's is Memphis Beat. Memphis Beat is a cop drama set in Memphis Tennessee, the home of American barbecue. I work for the marketing company that is handling this campaign for TNT and as a fan of cop shows this really has me interested. The show centers on Dwight Hendricks (Jason Lee from My Name is Earl), a quirky Memphis police detective with an intimate connection to the city and a passion for blues music.

Leverage Season 3
Anyone a fan of Leverage? The marketing company I work for picking up the campaign from TNT this season really had me very interested, especially since I have been a fan of the show from season 1. Any show that keeps me laughing at comical situations while being a action show is quality programming. Definitely looking forward to this 3rd season, especially with some of the directing going to Jonathan Frakes, who is a favorite of mine. Check out the Leverage site here: Leverage

Your must-see TV ·
I do not have much time to watch tv recently, but I never miss True Blood, Dr. Who, and the new sitcom on TBS Are We There Yet? I heard about the show from my job, a marketing company, who recently started the campaign for TBS. A good comedy cannot go wrong with both Essence Atkins(Half and Half) and Terry Crews (Everybody Hates Chris), the Old Spice commercials make me laugh every time. Are We There Yet? airs Wednesday nights at 9/8c. Check out the show's main site for sneak peaks and more: Are We There Yet?
