I work at Asda in Perry Barr and Jamelia came in to shop with her boyfriend, well whoever he is! I couldn't get over how stuck up and rude she was!! A group of girls were asking her for her autograph and she was snappy n' cold! I thought whateva gurrl u aint even all that! All the best with her greatest hits then!

No news yet but rumour has it that her collaboration with Pharell on the track 'Candy Shop' is set to be the lead single in mid November!

In order to honour the present day which is of course Madonna's birthday...i shall wear my Confessions tour t-shirt, have her music play loudly in the background all day non-stop and request one of her many hits on my local radio station! And to close the stay in complete 'material' style, i shall go to dinner at a top restuarant to cheer the one n' only! Happy Birthday gyaal! :)

This gets discussed so many times and its always an interesting topic! Yes Madonna still appeals to teens and this is highly evident.. Her singles and albums always chart high, her albums still debut at #1 on the pop charts and shes still considered 'cool' by many teens! Her videos for Hung Up and Sorry both hit #1 on MTV's TRL, HU which retired eventaully and won Madonna an award as well as 5 VMA nominations! Which woman in her late 40's would achieve something like that? Her tours are sell outs and many teens attend as well as mature adults. Shes a constant trend setter, her sense of style is always present in young clothes shops such as New Look and Top Shop (Confessions and Music eras were big!). So shes still relevant to youngsters baring in mind all the points discussed above and more. Fair anough, she aint as popular as she was in 1985 with the girls but c'mon, for a woman hitting 50 and having hit records and #1 videos on MTV is pretty damn good!

Madonna just got back from New York after numerous meetings! She apparently had one big meeting with Warners to discuss the new album and release dates. October 29th was originally planned but now Warners and Madge are looking at late November 2007. A good time me thinks, near Christmas when first week sales are huge! Go for it Madge!! :)

Very interesting, seems very real! I'm extremely excited, the candy shop leak was quite interesting and reminded me a bit of erotica, maybe cos of the spoken intro. Only a few titles appeal to me on that list, the rest just seem very Lim Kim' lol but ofcourse this could all be a fake, who knows! We had dozens of fakes before Confessions was out!
