Have a feeling Aesthetica would be qualifying even with a full deduction, it's definitely one of the most memorable songs x Probably not going to be around properly for semi results but y'all do the right thing please x

Oh the Hispanophone Internet is about to break if this is real x

Voted - pretty much had exactly 10 songs I was happy to vote for, not the greatest semi although a pretty solid and diverse podium x

Apart from the very well established reason of increasing streams by 25% in a week, obvz.

It's still up <10% from the same day last week so highly doubtful still. But looks like it may be top 40 this week regardless.

Oh didn't clock the new peak for 'Mr. Brightside' as well 4,222nd day charting per Kworb. (it was played during at least one of the hydration breaks in the Norway match)

(largely agreed with Iz but actually YAKAYA would be a great contender x)

First time 'Wonderwall' has ever been #1 on Spotify - it's on 3,408 days in the chart per Kworb's numbers although looks like it should actually be higher as some of its charting days were billed to another entry that's listed separately on there. 'Hey Jude' also entering at #68, appears that's a new peak (got to #88 before, hasn't charted since 2016).

Here for more instrumentals *.* (Expect my entry circa 23:59 on Thursday ofc x)

I think 'trust me bro' is a better source x

Did you know Crybaby is Anna Straker? x Have been waiting for someone to send her under the new name! (I heard a song from her on the radio a while back and was semi considering sending it myself until I looked up who she was haha). Bit of a banger anyway x

'Wonderwall' #1 incoming

I really can't see that this would be a priority for them to consider at all.

3 more weeks of ragebaiting yay

[/late] YouTube playlists Semi-Final 1 (but don't forget to check out the Vimeo visuals for Cumulonimbia x) Semi-Final 2

ANOTR's only previous hit took months and months to peak as well so not a surprise this one seems to be following a similar trajectory - I'm still not bored of it yet so will be more than happy if it can belatedly nab a top 10.

I've resurfaced the literal minute you've posted this a second day in a row as well (I didn't get round to making the YouTube playlists yet sorry oop)

Highly doubt she'd chart anything off 1 day of streams regardless.

Bait

It should have been a shock Egyptian win but we saw what happened x (and when I say 'we' I mean mostly not the people who frequent this forum lel)

It's her first hit as a solo artist but boygenius did have a #56 hit in 2023.

If we do beat Norway then it'll get another huge spike in streams on the day of the semi-final regardless of FIFA rigging it for the Argies to win the outcome of that - much like when 'Three Lions' hit #1 in 2018, somewhat unceremoniously being announced as the #1 after we'd been knocked out.

I mean I was right x

I'd say being adopted as a World Cup anthem counts as a cultural phenomenon moment tbf. Especially if we do actually win somehow.

It's a banger comeback, I can't lie x
