I wasn't. I knew that it would drop down a few places because it was Mother's Day week and loads of people were buying CD's for their mums.

I went into my local Tesco store today and it was the only CD in their album chart that was sold out. It must be selling really well. The album title, 'Songs For My Mother' kinda makes it the perfect gift for Mother's Day lol. We'll probably see the return of Westlife for next years Mother's Day.....

LOL at the album chart. CD's are such a good gift for Mother's Day, so I'm not surprised to see it looking like that. I went into Tesco today and the only CD that was selling really well was Ronan Keating's. There were only two copies left.

Ronan's album looks terrible, but it should sell pretty well because of Mother's Day.

I think the new Franz Ferdinand track is also being used on the new iPhone commercial.

I thought it may have peaked higher in Australia. She's pretty popular in that country.

Oh yeah, I forgot about U2 performing on Comic Relief. That will give them a slight boost, even though the song they performed was rubbish. Annie Lennox has done a fair bit of promo so she might get the number two spot. The album sales are low this week, which is disappointing. I'm sure things will pick up after a few singles are released.

I thought MLWSWY would be number seven with T.I. at number six. I guess the amazon sales are helping lol.

Album sales seem quite low this week. I thought U2's lead would have been far bigger than it is. I think Kelly would have topped the album chart if they had stuck to the original release date [March 16th].

I remember SUBG staying in the chart for a while, but it probably didn't perform as well as it could have because it didn't receive that much airplay.

Wow...it has risen a lot faster than I was expecting. People must really be liking this song. Her UK promo hasn't even started yet, so this is great news.

Kelly's Live Lounge performance should help her tomorrow.

Don't forget that Taylor also has a big banner on iTunes to promote the single/album. You have to actually go searching for the KC single, so I'm sure there are plenty who still think it's being released tomorrow. Moving up to number 42 is a good leap.

Awesome debut for Kelly. I haven't even purchased it yet! iTunes haven't even started to advertise the single/album on their store yet, so I'm sure it'll get higher one they do that.

Yeah, someone told me about five minutes ago that it had been added. I guess we get it a day early :)
