I agree with everything said. I liked Season 1, but Season 2 was really good. It felt more genuine, more emotional. I felt connected with the characters, even the minor ones such as Casey's friends and the kids from Sam's group. Casey Wilson was also nice addition to the cast. I only wish we saw a little more Julia. Fingers crossed it gets renewed.
  2. Does anyone else think Thunderclouds is too short?

The Girl in the Fireplace is my favourite non-finale episode, along with Turn Left, so I totally went for it. Series 2 was such a great series overall.

I loved season 2 just as much as season 1. Not sure why people think they don't know where they're going with this. However, I do think they should wrap this up with Season 4, it's not one of those comedies that can go on forever. Also, I hope we get a glimpse of the actual Good Place next season.

So season 2 did manage to win me over, particularly with Welfare Queen's story. Then I got around to really like Sam, he got great character development. Officially loving this now. By the way, why isn't it renewed yet? Should I worry?

Her label is throwing an anniversary concert in September so I hope we get new material.

Watched the first episode of season 2, still not loving this. I don't get why people love it so much. I'll keep watching though.
  9. Yawntastic. Pass.
  10. A ten-episode season too

I usually stick with everything I watch until they end or get cancelled. I think the only two series I've ever actually quit are The Vampire Diaries and Once Upon a Time, both at Season 5, the writing got so poor that I just couldn't get myself to watch them. I have put a few other series on hold, such as Fear the Walking Dead, that I may or may not continue watching, depending on the public's reception of future seasons.
  12. omg I LOVE All for You! Best Palo Santo song so far

Is Season 2 any better than Season 1? I didn't much like it and I don't get the hype.

I really like the video and looking forward to hearing the album tonight, maybe its cohesiveness will help in liking it.

Pushing Up Daisies and Cake sound brilliant. She should've released those instead. Edit: Also Waste  , omg why on EARTH did she go with Trigger Bang as single #1, she killed all momentum.
  16. I'm glad I'm not the only one to feel this way. Ever since the Vroom Vroom EP I haven't liked anything she's released... She'd better step it up for the next actual album.

DdxG3eRYV0U Really liking this, but I need an uptempo song, is the entire album mid-tempo/ballads?
  18. Their videos are always soooo good. Quarter Past Midnight has properly grown on me now. Also, Dan looks so much hotter and manlier with this hair.

There has been literally zero effort and/or budget from her team to promote this. - Mediocre 'comeback' single released half a year ago and didn't even chart. - Lacklustre 'promo' singles three months before the album's release. - Abominable artwork. - No lead single, no proper music video, no hype. I feel so disappointed and actually worried that I'm not going to like the album...

As much as I love B99, five seasons is a pretty good run for a series and imo it shouldn't go on. I wouldn't say no to a Gina spin-off though :drink:
  21. I've never been this bored in my entire life. All the good songs were in the first Semifinal and it was such a shame that some of them didn't make it.

  23. jdH2Sy-BlNE Now THIS is how you do a visual album. SLAYAGE. Edit: It's not the entire album but anyway
  24. I also prefer Wild World to Bad Blood, although both are 11/10. They have aged pretty well too, I still listen to them.

I LIVE for Marissa. I like how they finally moved on from the Rindell storyline. Season 2 has been a lot more ambitious than Season 1, even the epic opening titles. I'm not sure how I feel about Diane taking drugs and cheating on her husband, though.
