Irish Chart Thread 2020
Is there any way to see older charts from the years 2000-2003? Used to use the Chart Track website but seems it's no longer in use?

Never post in here anymore, just popped in to say what a travesty streaming has turned the singles chart into. 9 weeks at #1 for that awful Drake song? No new entries in the top 50? Dreadful.

iTunes Weekly Thread W/C 19th January 2014
Hey guys, haven't posted on here in ages. Great to see Riptide finally becoming a hit outside of Australia, but can someone explain why it has suddenly taken off? Was it used on tv? Or has it simply been sent to radio and is getting a lot of airplay? Thanks :)

Amazing to see Little Talks back in the top ten :) Is this purely by virtue of the fact that it's been reduced to 69c?

Barely pay attention to the charts anymore, but just noticed there that Passenger have now spent 17 weeks top ten, including three weeks at #1 and 5 weeks at #2. Talk about endurance! It strikes me as the type of song that'll continue to sell well throughout the year too, it'll surely be a contender for best selling song of 2013? Not including the usual nonsense from the x factor, obviously.

Interesting to see Emmelie De Forest not having quite as big an impact on the charts as Loreen, Lena and Alexander Ryback all had. Kinda suggests it's one of the weaker winners among recent times.

Anyone know why Passenger have entered at #32? Is it on the radio a lot or something? I don't see it being promoted on TV.

So Little Mix have shot straight to #1. I'm surprised if I'm honest. I don't think it's a great song.

Cian do you have any idea why Of Monsters and Men are charting high on iTunes? You're normally the man for the facts :D

The movie is it? Seems a bit strange that people would still be buying it over a movie that was released over 4 months ago.... or is it more to do with those dumb project x imitation events that are appearing on Facebook?

Why are Of Monsters and Men #3?

Stooshe #2 on iTunes.. hope they can make #1 by Friday. #1 on the singles chart would somewhat redeem their awful band name

Just noticed Karmin is only #141 on iTunes! However, I think this is going to do really well in the UK, so people will probably start to notice it here then
