Kylie Minogue has this week’s highest new entry at No5 with her eleventh studio album ‘Aphrodite’. Of her previous this decade, only ‘Fever’ fared better, reaching No1 in October 2001 – fuelled by the success of ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’. The next new entry is at No12 for 3OH!3 feat. Ke$ha with ‘My First Kiss’, an improvement on the No18 peak for ‘Blah Blah Blah’ where the roles were reversed (Ke$ha feat. 3OH!3).

Ugh I'm so jealous :( I bought my 4 day camping ticket but sold it recently as I realised I couldn't afford it! :( Absolutely gutted I'm not going to be able to see her! She was the one I was looking forward to most :( And what makes it worse is that I went last year and didn't bother going to see her!!

Charts so dull at the moment, and the release schedule for the coming month or so is pretty bleak :( I've said it before and I'll say it again, this year is the worst in years for music :(
