ODIOUS song! Not quite as bad as Shayne Ward though, which is yet to come. I wish some station would do a countdown where they omitted all reality tv, charity or novelty songs - get a true picture of music popularity!!

Well each to their own I suppose, but personally I can't stand him. From when I used to listen to the show he even pronounced some of their artists names wrong! I could forgive it once, but week after week :( He sometimes used to play the wrong versions of songs - remember Milkshake by Kelis? And just how many times do you need to advertise that competition the 2fm used to run!! (Remeber, "Text Chart, followed by your answer to 53101", and then repeat it about three times! :angry: I know I'm ranting - sorry! But I just can't stand him. I'd have Fearne and Reggie over him anyday.

How do you know Poker Face didn't make it, was it mentioned or something??

Is anyone really bothered about potentially losing the chart show? I stopped listening years ago, when it was demoted to saturday morning at 10am or something like that. It's clear that 2fm have no interest in it and I have found that Larry Gogan often gets some of the most basic facts wrong - as Shaky just mentioned! If they wanted to get people interested in the charts I believe they could - make it an event like in the UK. Don't reveal the chart online two days before the chart show for god's sake!! If the chart was revealed exclusively on 2fm, I would definately listen.

I think I might actually vomit. Joe is the best selling single of the year, confirmed on the Chart-Track website :angry:

Joe will still be No.1 on Friday :( What's more, I bet you he will top the end of year chart. Right up to last week it was IGF and PF at No.1 and No.2 respectively, it would be too cruel if such an undeserving song is announced as the years best seller :( :(

I wish I knew how to upload the iTunes popularity bars as above, anybody wanna tell me how to do it?!? Anyway, can't believe Ke$ha is back up to No.2 after being No.10 a couple of weeks ago. And I can't believe that Alex is already up to No.5... and that Cheryl is still only at No.9! I thought this would be a contender for No.1! :o

Pretty sure Stan by Eminem was in the top 20 of both the 2000 and 2001 chart, Girls aloud were in both the 2002 and 2003 chart with SOTU, as was Dirrty by Christina Aguilera. I think!

Physical sales could be a lot more alive if places actually bothered to stock them. I was in a music store yesterday and the only songs inside the top ten I could find were TiK ToK, Meet Me Halfway and.... Joe McElderry of course.

If more people actually bothered to pay attention to their own chart rather than the UK one they could have made sure RATM got to No.1 :angry: Anyway, hoping GaGa can climb back to the top to claim the first No.1 of 2010! I think she's got a good chance to be honest, are there any big releases in the next couple of weeks?
