The **Irish** Chart Thread 2009
Ugh. The X-Factors grip on the singles chart is simply sickening. Not a terribly exciting chart this week IMO, but hoping that Bad Romance can finally reach the top next week, although it's more than likely guranteed No.1 the week after, after her performance on you-know-what. As the year draws to a close, I think it's time for some reflection! Overall I think it's been an alright year for music, yet this isn't reflected at all in the list of No.1's. Several great songs were kept off the top spot by songs that stayed for just too long. She Wolf, Sexy Bitch, Break Your Heart, Empire State Of Mind and Knock You Down would have all made fabulous No.1's but were all kept off by the same song (except KYD, I think).

The **Irish** iTunes Chart [NOV-OCT 2010]
I agree. To be honest I was expecting it to go straight to No.1 as soon as it was made available, and I cannot believe that Meet Me Halfway is still selling more than anything else on iTunes! Don't get me wrong, it's a great song and everything, but it's been around for a bit now and it's the third single off the album!

How can it still be No.11 though?!? It's been charting since late June and spent twelve weeks at No.1!

BuzzJack's Biggest Selling Singles of 2009
This is probably only about 10% of what I downloaded this year, and most times I download my music for free and only buy them when I can't find a good quality free version! Anyway... N-Dubz - Number 1 Sinéad Mulvey - Et Cetera  Dizzee Rascal - Bonkers Little Boots - New In Town Pixie Lott - Mama Do The Coronas - San Diego Song (I know it can't be included but I had to say it. Amelle - Never Leave You Calvin Harris - Ready For The Weekend Taio Cruz - Break Your Heart Lady GaGa - Bad Romance Lady GaGa - Dance In The Dark Sugababes - About A Girl

Where to post the Irish charts?
Well I think everybody knows that Ireland is a completely different country (god help them if they don't :D), and I understand why some people question why the Irish charts are indeed in the UK chart chat. However, I'd have thought that the Irish charts would be of interest to people in the UK, given that music is released and promoted here at exactly the same time?

Where to post the Irish charts?
Also, I would be more than happy to wait for Shaky Fan to post the charts if he was a little bit more respectful to fellow forum users :)

Where to post the Irish charts?
Jester, I am always really eager to have the Irish charts on Buzzjack as soon as possible so people can get discussing it! When I first joined at the start of the year, I started posting the charts without realising that it was ShakyFan who always does it. When he told me this and requested that I stopped, I did so. However, last week he was incredibly rude to me, telling me to f*** off on one occasion. With this in mind, I thought, why should I have to wait for somebody to post the charts when they spoke to me like this? I just wanted to clarify the situation, as I am being portrayed as some form of troll by Shaky Fan on this forum when the reality is quite the opposite. :)
