Paparazzi is going places, at the start of the week David Guetta was double GaGa's popularity but now it's not that far. It's doing what Poker Face did, each week being beaten down by new releases with front loaded sales but then overtaking them by the next week/2 as it has consistent sales. Poker Face eventually picked up steam and got to the top, hopefully Paparazzi does to although that's a long shot and 3 #1's from an album is unheard of nowadays.

The Deluxe HQ will be around somewhere seen as it's on the Irish iTunes.

I've got to say I was pretty disapointed with La Roux's album, for me most of it sounded like filler. Hopefully Florence and VV Brown won't disapoint with their albums :)

Why doesn't the record company just promote them, e.g. send out add dates to radios as is done for new singles.

Oh it's on the previous page. Billboard really should make an exception seen as he's a real music legend, and as billboard say their charts are ever changing and rules are changed all the time (ala Britnay's Blackout was #1 as Long Road to Eden was a walmart exclusive and exclusives weren't allowed to chart however they changed the rule then)
