I'm hearing that GaGa & Bey are confirmed. Does anyone know if there's any truth in it? This is getting posted on a few forums but I can't find the source for it:

The way airplay/sales/streaming is turned into a Hot 100 position: Sales (both digital and physical) - Every 1,000 sold = 1 chart point So if a song sells 200,000 that's 200 points. Airplay - Every 1 million audience impressions = 1 chart point So if a song has an audience of 100 million then that's 100 points. You've got to remember when people post mediabase numbers like 112.4892 that's in millions. Now streaming, I'm not too sure :P I know it's another _______ streams = 1 chart point, I'm just not sure on the value because the chart never leaks and people just don't really pay much attention to it. Then the Hot 100 is sorted by the higher the points, the higher the position.

Just remember it's often better to have sales concentrated into one week than spread out over time :) A possible Brit Awards performance could definately do that.

^ Yup, today 6 new stations were added to the pop panel causing huge updates for GaGa & Ke$ha who both had +700's. Bad Romance is the first song to ever pass 12,000 spins in this panel era :D Just like how Poker Face was the first to ever pass 11,000 :D

Oh I got confused before, The Brits are the 16th not the 18th like I said. I don't have any inside knowledge or anything and nothing has been announced but here's GaGa's tour dates: Jan 24 – New York, USA Jan 26 – West Lafayette, USA Feb 18 – Manchester, GBR Feb 20 – Dublin, IRL And Bey doesn't start touring again till late March. So they're both free on Feb 16th and with GaGa's UK leg starting 2 days later then surely she can come over early to do some promo/be at The Brits. They've both had great years here so I think they're both looking for nominations in the international categories and hopefully that means a performance ^_^

We don't know anything about the video yet. I mean hopefully it will be amazing like her last two but who knows. [crazy idea]In the super deluxe version of TFM there's a pair of 3D glasses and she said they'll come in useful soon, maybe the video will be 3D :w00t: [/crazy idea]

Yeah Telephone is out Feb 22nd. The video is going to be shot on Jan 28th so hopefully it will be released early February although that's unlikely becuase they'll need time for editing... It will hopefully be performed at The Brits (Feb 18th) though :)

The list includes their back catalogue as well though. Their 3 single total stands at 2,033,450

I heard this when it first leaked and I liked it but since then it's grown on me so much. I really love it now and hopefully top 20 or better :D
