Mutya Keisha Siobhan - 'Flatline'
I know they wanted to release something different than anything out there as the first single but they really should have gone with boys. I do like flatline and hope it does great but they really need to almost turn off keisha's microphone when they sing live.

Mutya Keisha Siobhan - 'Flatline'
It's charting across international itunes - see it in Ireland / Spain / Norway / Sweden / Netherlands - really good for no promo and a pushed forward date!

Album #8 Discussion Thread || It's time for Jade to shine
I hope jade can have a successful solo career... somehow! Go back to eurovision? go on the x factor? hmm she would have won eurovision if she had been given a good pop song instead of a bad west end number...

Voting Splits
The Uk jury votes are ridiculous! Norway So low! I heard tony Blackburn was a member of the jury / explains how the dated songs all raked so highly! I think the jury voting should just be scrapped it generally makes good songs do bad each year.

Voting Splits
When the Juries were re-introduced i was quite happy that it would help to resolve any bloc voting issues but after i heard that tony blackburn was one of the uk's jury members it made me realise that these juries are made up of people with dated music tastes voting on songs! e.g Norway got no points form the uk! I suspect they will be made up of people with varied music tastes but it is putting a lot of power in to people's hands who might just have dodgy music tastes! (and i bet corruption could come in to play in some countries!)

Azerbaijan Vote Rigging
I think it is believable as the country puts so much importance on the contest and sees it as a way to further showcase themselves in a positive light on the world stage... it's a rich corrupt country that could easily throw lots of money at this... i guess it's underhanded marketing strategy? (a win is great boost to tourism etc) and if you think about it; it can't take a whole load of votes in countries such as Malta, Montenegro, Lithuania etc to get an easy 12 points...! It might not be as full scale as the article makes out but i wouldn't put it past them if a little underhandedness comes in to play.

Jade Ewen - Debut Album v2.0 Discussion - 2012
I believe if the BBC didn't give her an awful eurovision song she would have won or at least come second to fairytale. It's the BBC that get everything so wrong with the Eurovision. Hope she comes out with some good solo stuff.

Azerbaijan Vote Rigging
The journalists of the 15min.lt Lithuanian information agency exposed a fraud orchestrated by Azerbaijan to take a top spot in Eurovision Song Contest. The agency videotaped a meeting with two Russian-speaking men offering money to Lithuanians for their votes in favor of a contestant. On Sunday, May 18 morning a group of students came to the agency’s editorial office. The students said they were approached by men who offered them 20 euro each to vote multiple times for a contestant. To investigate the matter, the 15min.lt journalists met the recruites armed with hidden cameras and dictaphones. In a mere 10 minutes, the recruiters divulged the whole “operation.” As the journalists were told, the same scheme worked in other countries. The goal was to recruit groups of 10 people to vote for Azerbaijan. Those recruited were given SIM-cards to vote as many times as possible within 15 minutes. The recruiters confessed to having found 8-10 groups. A supervisor was assigned to every group to check the results and give the payment. To prove the above, the recruiter pulled a wad of money from his pocket, noting he could make the payment in lits. As the man noted, the same scheme works in 15 countries, with Azeri victory costing millions. This was the way Azerbaijan got 12 points from Lithuania at Eurovision 2013. The full conversation with the recruiters is featured in video below. Austria, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Montenegro and Russia also gave Azerbaijan the highest points. http://www.panarmenian.net/eng/news/158889 Surely the EBU should look in to this and ban Azerbaijan from entering in the future if they are rigging votes to a large scale!

United Kingdom 2013
I hope next year the BBC offer us a few singers to select the winner from and also then have a round where we select the song because they have failed on one or both of those aspects for over 10 years now... Id also like to see a bit of welsh sang at eurovision! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sZY8UA83J0

shocked that ding dong didn't gain momentum from all the press and keep growing today - looks like it's starting to decline a lot now and won't make #1

Although the song might be in bad taste i find it disgusting that in 2013 the BBC are partaking in censorship and it seems that freedom of speech in the UK is becoming more questionable all the time :/

I find unexpected songs popping up in the charts quite 'exciting' to follow and see how they do :P the power of what people can do to make a song hit is also interesting to see... Compared to a glossy campaign consisting of thousands of pounds which record labels chuck at certain artists. Plus I guess ding dong [although offensive and in bad taste to some] is actually showing the mood of the nation and what they are singing at home! Rather than just another song which has lyrics of no meaning ha

The combined business is so stupid. Only 1 version should be available to count IMO

United Kingdom 2013
I'm really pissed off that we have a terrible song yet again - I love the eurovision but again we can't get excited that a miracle might happen and we might win! We can't even get annoyed when we lose because we know we are shit going in to it! Nothing against having bonnie Tyler do it but the song is just too shit to win... PLEASE can itv buy the rights to the show and sort out BBCs mess soon?

United Kingdom 2013
I think amelia would be a great choice... but i dont think she will touch eurovision just yet... maybe next year when her career is dying... if she had a good pop song she could win. I like Diana too but not sure if her vocal style would be good enough to win over europe/ she would have a catchy enough song. Hopefully not Kimberley Walsh as she can't sing at all and couldn't win it with a west end number.. jade ewen with an amazing voice tried and failed that route... but please just be a hot woman with a great voice and perfect current pop song! for once i hope the bbc just gets it right!

Girls Aloud - Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me

Girls Aloud - Ten
Do you think Girls Aloud will try to go international properly now that Cheryl is know worldwide? If they do make a studio album it would really be about time they had a good go at it... even the saturdays are trying to crack america and they are nowhere near as good.

Dima Bilan
He's sooo big headed! Is winning eurovision song is the worst ever and he can't sing to save his life ie Waterloo. I do like lady flame and never let you go as songs though.
