I don't understand MTV, they don't even show music anymore LOL and they just bought VIVA from germany? launched it, even had that VIVA live show with live music ( in germany it is weekly ) and then stopped it after the first week and just filled it with none stop american tv shows... Maybe they could have like a weekly top ten of most played songs across europe on MTV this week? At least something would be nice!

They should introduce an MTV EUROPE channel on SKY, playing songs which are charting across the continent... i think something similar may have been available years ago? But i can't remember it...

I was quite impressed with Hilary's Dignity album =o I thought it should have been successful, had some good pop songs on it... her other albums weren't as all round solid?

^ I saw Islands and Waka Waka on the Red button but maybe just missed Gordita? and yer she was VERY please, i think she thought that shed never play to such a large crowd in the UK and for it to go SO well... it was evident in her interview how pleased she was... and i dont think she realised the scale of glasto before arriving!

Miley is trashhhhh. Only heard one good song from selena but shes much more 'together' than miley.

It really is disgusting of the lack of none english language music in the UK charts. I loved Moi Lolita by alizee! I think they try to hard stopping foreign language music from charting in the UK, they leave it too long after it has been a wordwide mix, and make crappy mixes which they think are to the UK's taste and they just destroy the songs or add in badly translated/badly fitting english in to the song... I remember La tortura being huge everywhere and they left it like a year to release it here, thus making it flopage.. kate ryan ella elle la added badly fitting english to it too =/ Maybe we should add a rule to make are charts more cultural having to play 1 song a week on the radio which isnt english LOL kinda like they do in france where they have to play 60%? french songs but the other way ha =]

They should just call it i love dance but not change the actual song lyrics, making it uk requestable friendly ha

I love this song, i discovered it when i was on holiday in Germany.. why is it that the UK seems to be the only country Europe that doesn't accept anything not in their native language?

Has anybody seen this show yet? I think it is a really good idea, kinda like an animal version of spitting image with fluffy puppets? kinda! I'm loving the posh dog which is trying to act naughty ha! Well it is fair to say that Shakira had quite a good set, bit short and not much of a show put on but all in all very good! In my opinion she sang the XX cover better than her own songs and Gordita was amazing! If her spanish album is going to be anything like Gordita, we are in for an amazing album! Why is her spanish music just that much better? The music is just so much more quirky sounding, more rocky/folky with electronic haha i don't know how to explain it! ha anyway... Waka Waka at gasto was ace =] I'm realllllly liking this song now. I want her to come and promote the hel out of it in the UK... jonathan ross wouldn't go a miss? Maybe that KoKo show/ 5oclock show, GMTV and This morning? But then again she is rather busy and the song is selling enough everywhere else in the world to really care about here haha

She was on the james cordon football show on the england match day, teaching the dance routine to waka waka... this is what caused the boost!
