American obituary im not really sold on, i wanted to like it far more than i do.

While im not a big fan of her solo music i wish her the best of luck with the album and all going well she can manage to go top 5.

Hopefully its them kicking into action to secure the number 1.

At the time i was fascinated by the way it bounced around the top 20 for so long as it didnt happen much back then.

I think it is, sales last week seemed higher and 4319 was what number 21 sold, Kylie is only 386 sales away from that which hopefully she will reach but i think with sales lower 4k might be enough for top 20 fingers crossed.

Ya i was too so its nice its still there despite only selling 277 copies since the Monday. The streaming/download numbers dont shock me at all especially as its a live album.

Charlenes last episode aired in June 1989 from what i remember but she finished filming in 1988 so that would have helped the first 2 albums, with no Charlene and a complete change in kylies styling and changing music was in full force for the release of rhythm of love.

I really cant see Charli getting the number 1 now but hopefully they can pull something out of the bag to get it accross the line and stay number 1. Kylie higher today and i was expecting but only 277 sales since the Monday update indicates a low top 20 debut at best. Really behind rein me in to take the number 1 single now.

Ya i would be happy for her to go aswell plus i think Oscar has more potential been away from her as i really like his character and think there is so much more potential in him. Its hard to see what direction they will go with Zoe when she is free, also not sure if the fans will really buy into either as her return story so far hasnt exactly gone down well with the fans.

Looking back it was very rare for that time that a single reached its peak on its 8th week on the chart so fair play to 5,6,7,8 as it had a nice run in the Top 20.

Definitely, it was the start of some saying well the end is coming as she has lasted a bit longer than they expected as it was her first non Top 5 single and Rhythm of Love charted much lower than her previous 2 albums and its sales were also well down so people were starting to write her off despite her having such amazing singles at this time...... but how wrong they were. I still find it odd that Rhythm of LOve only made number 9, im sure even though her popularity was in decline no one really predicted the album would miss the top 5 after having 2 huge selling number 1's

Ya its one of those songs everyone knows whether they like the song or not.

Ideally there would have been a HMV or Amazon exclusive version to help nab extra sales but im sure there is some logic behind the thinking of having it website only. I thought with her Amazon deal netting her that long awaited 8th number 1 single that she might have had the album available there.

This is a good thing in terms of the chart( not for the fans waiting) but it means they might have a nice few sales to add hopefully which could be the difference in it making or missing the top 20.

Well i was 13 and a full of on Kylie fan for a few years at that time and while i loved everything up to this point what do i have to do was the mega moment for me, of course i was expecting a massive hit as i loved it so much so i was disappointed with how it performed, at the time i wasnt as familiar about her declining popularity so was really disappointed that it was her first single to miss the Top 5. Little did i know Kylie getting a 10 single 35 years later would be a massive thing.

It's one of their most known/recognised outside the fan base.

I think in general among fans it usually rates top 3 or close to it and rightly so.

I'm sure it won't sell out at least for a good while as they would have a good idea from pre orders what demand is there but it probably means there is less of a chance they over produced and it might be only available short term and means they won't reduce the price.

It would prob have cheaper shipping costs if on amazon I'd say.

5,6,7,8 just always holds a special place as it was the door opener to everything.

I think anyone who visits the site will own a copy and if not a large percentage will so i dont think that would help much, The physicals need to be cheaper for at the least reduce the shipping.
