Lady GaGa To Release Another Album In 2010?!
Do you guys reckon that GaGa's debut is going to be her best-selling record? I know its hard to judge with no material right now, but it would be amazing if she could manage to top these astounding sales!

'Alejandro' • 3rd Single Thread
I hope GaGa keeps up this trend of her first 2 singles off an album going to Number One in the UK, I'm loving it! I just wish she'd get to the top once again in the US =( I don't think this will claim the top spot though, Top 5 is a lock. Is there much competition out at the moment? And I envision the video being set on the beach, in a luxurious mansion, with GaGa having fun with all three men in the song, before they all confront her at once and she falls of the balcony into a sea of naked men...never truly escaping her 'fear of love'. Poetic?

"Not Myself Tonight"
http://www.iheartradio.com/cc-common/news/...naaguilera.html Et voila.
-
"Not Myself Tonight"
Its crazily short :/ Very clubby, the chorus could have been a bit more 'belted' if you know what I mean. I do like it, I hope she's got a hit on her hands with it :)

Photographs (feat. Will.I.Am)
Hmmm not too bad a single choice, it should always have been released, but I'm not sure if it was a wise-move to release this above Firebomb. The latter has a much stronger hook, but I do like the 'simplicity' of this song, its alot stronger than 3 Words and I think the video could be quite artistic :)

Split rumours pre-2013
Time for Javine to step up ;) Haha, I kid. Just imagine the scandal.

'Telephone' (feat. Beyoncé) • 2nd Single Thread
Where else are we thinking its going to peak at the top?

'Sweet 7' Favourite Track
I LOVE Give It To Me Now, perhaps one of the most 'Suga' sounding songs on there!

Lady Gaga - Alejandro
With GaGa, a video is everything. Look at what happened to Bad Romance and Telephone once their videos premiered....

Favourite Third Single
The 'Change' era was really messed up after AYN. It should have gone: 01 About You Now 02 Never Gonna Dance Again 03 Surprise 04 Denial/Undignified

My ideal 'Sweet 7' era
So, first things first, Keisha would NOT have been booted, in fact if the girls weren't yet ready to return then I'd have given them some time off apart from each other to work out their differences before returning to the studio and getting ready for a jam-packed new album campaign. To mark their arrival, small video vignettes no longer than 30 secs would be released to TV showing all 3 girls standing in the desert before the beginning riff of 'AAG' plays, ending with Keisha singing 'Sugababes' (no RedOne for the promo) and cutting to 'The Return.' 'About A Girl' - - - - - - - - - - - - - Definitely should have been the first single, and if it had done, it would have blown up big time and probably gone to No.1 and ruled for a few weeks if handled correctly. The video would be the one we got, except it would be what it should have been; ie. the girls being a part of the storyline (tweaked it a little maybe) rather than just being bystanders dancing in a desert. She's A Mess - - - - - - - - - - - - - Easily the next best single choice, and would provide a nice follow-up to the hopeful smash that AAG was. The video likely won't be as high budget, maybe just green screened, or have a similar look to 'Get Sexy', but the song is gonna sell itself, it doesn't really need a huge video to back it up. No More You - - - - - - - - - - - - - I really, really like this song as a ballad/mid-tempo from the Babes, I think it would slow the pace down and would actually remind the public that actually, they aren't vocodered machines and do still have the Sugababes sound. Miss Everything - - - - - - - - - - - - - A nice close to the era before a re-release, but first things first; lift the vocoder and if it has to be used it would be minimal, include the Babes on the chorus. It's FEATURING Kingston, not the other way around so that would definitely need to be sorted. I know its not exactly the most 'Sugababes' track left on the album but it would blow up on radio. As for other possible singles, eh I'm not really feeling them; GS and WMK should be the last 2 songs on the tracklist along with 'Sweet and Amazing', they should NEVER have even been considered as singles. 'Heartbreak' is a bit corny, maybe as a b-side to a single off the re-release? So....thoughts? Your ideas? Sorry I'm just a wee bit bored on this Friday morning :P

Cheryl Cole - Messy Little Raindrops
Anyone else think that GaGa's demo 'Second Time Around' would actually really suit Cheryl? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cf10W4KUQJQ I know she'll never match up to Gaga, but I can really picture Cheryl's vocals on this for some reason. What do you guys think?

"Not Myself Tonight"
The typography is awful on that possible album cover, I hope they change it.

She's on FIRE at the moment, she's doing well to milk TFM for all its worth. After she can take a year out to rest herself.

Sugababes apprently DROPPED from RocNation
There's no real point....it doesn't even sound like then, its basically 3 computerised voices singing a few verses, with the song basically owned by Sean Kingston. Its hardly a good introduction of their sound and image to the US market. IMO the best thing they could do in terms of cracking America is keep 'About A Girl', 'She's A Mess' and 'Crash and Burn' and put them on the first album they release Stateside (if ever).

'Telephone' (feat. Beyoncé) • 2nd Single Thread
So it seems GaGa's only going from strength to strength over here in the UK...but 'Telephone' seems to be slipping a bit on i-Tunes. I'm beginning to get a bit worried as to how well the rest of TFM single are going to do....if Telephone is any indication, maybe not as well as we all hoped? Am I alone in this mild paranoia, lol.

Lights | 1st album
Like the tone of her voice and the production. Nothing amazingly ground-breaking on there, but very pleasant sounding. As far as singles go: 01 | Starry-eyed 02 | This Love 03 | The Writer 04 | Guns And Horses 05 | Wish I Stayed

'Sweet 7' Album Thread
What was so great about it? Wasn't Atomic Kitten's 'Whole Again' pretty much the same?

"Rockstar 101" (feat. Slash) // 5th Single
Yeah its kind of a shame that 'Hard' is pretty much now a buzz single in the UK, as I love it so much. I'm really surprised that it didn't manage to do better than it did in the US. I think its superior to 'Rude Boy' :s
-
"Rude Boy" // 4th Single
Nice on RiRi! Was probably the most catchy song on the album, and definitely had one of the best hooks. So so far, that's 3 Top 10's with one Number 1. Not bad at all from an album that is quite a departure from her previous work.
