Hopefully Mark Ronson can manage to be #1 this week but I would like to hope that Arctic Monkeys climb into the top 10 even though I think if they move at all they will fall then they will climb into the top 5 next week.

I remember last year they were talking about doing a cover of either 'Push The Button,' or 'Red Dress,' by Sugababes. :lol: That would be quite odd actually but they've done 'Love Machine,' so maybe they will do eventually.

I hope 'Brianstorm,' does manage to go to #1 but I have high doubts that it will do, I would be quite pleased with a top 3 placing which I'm not even sure if it will manage to peak as high as that because of the amount of competition around at the moment.

I will wait until the album is released but the opinions of 'Favourite Worst Nightmare,' seem to be differing for the worst on this forum to the reviews. Hopefully I will like it more than those of you who think it's not too good.

I have a very strong hatred for Coldplay for the pure fact that they're boring. Seeing as they are supposed to be working with Timbaland on their next album hopefully the quality of their music will improve. :D

I agree that lyrically Arctic Monkeys are brilliant which adds to how great their music is. :D

I think it's brilliant, when I first heard it I listened to it repeatedly and I still think it's a great song for summer. :D Hopefully it should be a big sucess but I hope that TV and Radio support her aswell.

Although I haven't heard the song many times it sounds quite good and has a great sense of experiment to it, it will probably grow more anyway. :D

I agree that many indie artists are using a very similar sound to one another recently but I definitley don't think that Arctic Monkeys are one of the biggest culprits for this, they're showing a lot more innoative on this 2nd album and experimenting with their sound. However I do think that many new indie artists are sounding like replicas to bands which are currently around and not doing such a good job either.

I realise that a lot of artists work with Timbaland at the moment but personally I think that's because he's the best producer around, he's managed to turn quite a few artists careers around for them and let's be fair about it, which other hip-hop producer would be able to make such a great track with Fall Out Boy because their genres are that dis-similar?

I've liked this song for some time now but had gotten a bit bored of it recently, however with the recent TV exposure it has been recieving I think it's good again now. :D

I heard this yesterday and I was expecting it to be quite average but I think it's brilliant. :D I could even go as far to say my favourite song by Dizzee Rascal so far. :D

I chose 'When The Sun Goes Down,' personally I think it's the best both musically and lyrically. :D

I can't see it making too much of a difference to how 'Brianstorm,' because Arctic Monkey's really have a core fanbase but it will help give the single more exposure which is a positive. :D

It's great to see the album getting mainly positive reviews so far seeing as I think everyone expected backlash to be heading in Arctic Monkeys direction. :D

I think it was a cert that they would be doing an arena tour eventually but I thought that they may have left it until the 3rd album possibly to see how sucessful this one was.

I definitley think that it will chart top 3 but I'm not sure which position, I chose #2 anyway! :D It could go either way really, it could manage #1 or could be lower imo but #2 seems the most likely position.

I hope that they do work with some of the artists rumoured as there are a fair few of them who are very credible artists and hopefully it should get Sugababes taken as serious artists again. :D Hopefully the new album will live up to the hype.

That's quite a good point actually and having said that despite me being an indie fan and being a fan of Sugababes more than Girls Aloud a lot of indie fans do prefer Girls Aloud based on the fact they have a much more electronic sound than Sugababes.

The only song that really stood out to me by The Coral was 'In The Morning,' but perhaps they're planning on a new album soon seeing as they're one of the acts on the bill, I think that Supergrass could be a very good festival act actually. :D Still wish that Klaxons had've been on the bill though. :lol:

:lol: Hopefully it's only a joke because even though it could be good it would probably be c**p, however if it was a duet with Sugababes I wouldn't object to that.

I think they're fairly good support acts actually, Amy should definitley be the best of the 3 though imo. :D I'm not too sure what sort of reception she'll recieve but she may possibly get a fairly positive one seeing as she's credible and has a great voice.

This is a true reflection of 'Myths Of The Near Future,' unlike 'Golden Skans,' although I did actually prefer that. :lol: Either way I like 'Gravity's Rainbow,' too and hopefully it can get the albums sales rising.
