'Who Owns My Heart' ▬ Discussion
I wanna know where this video is. Released pushed back to October 15th in Europe.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - Round & Round/Second Album
X factor would be great, especially if she did 'A Year Without Rain'. I'd prefer to see Miley do 'Who Owns My Heart' though. That's a better position. My figures must've been rough final stats. Says lots about the album chart when she can chart 5 places higher in top 10 with almost same sales.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - Round & Round/Second Album
Album's #7. Such close sales between #3 (67k) and #7 (62k). She only needed 5,000 more for top 3.

Battle of the Boy Bands!
yeah that's true, though I think Louis said he wants to build them an impressive chart history like Westlife. ;p I wouldn't be surprised if JLS got #1 first week and Take That swapped with them in 2nd.

Battle of the Boy Bands!
Take That. Just. Silly though. Album chart has been really slow, they could both have the #1 spot yet risk losing it by competing same week as eachother.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - Round & Round/Second Album
It was released Feb in US and April here as a single (but album was out in September 09). I think when it was at it's most popular in US was around time of UK release. Plus 'Naturally' is her best song :P.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - Round & Round/Second Album
Well done meeting her Dan. I had a feeling 'Round & Round' would under perform. Selena's immediate UK fanbase have had 3 months to listen, love and forget this track. Still loving 'A Year Without Rain' though, much more appealing to me. It would be great if it charted Top 40 when album is released. 'Rock God' has actually grown on me last few days, it reminds me of another song I can't put my finger on... My current order: 2. "A Year Without Rain" 7. "Spotlight" 1. "Round & Round" 10. "Live Like There's No Tomorrow" 5. "Summer's Not Hot" 3. "Rock God" 6. "Intuition" 4. "Off the Chain" 8. "Ghost of You" 9. "Sick of You"

iTunes Chart: October 2010
'Written In The Stars', yet another collab. this year where I like the featured artist vocals and that's it ;p. That would've been most logical choice. They've released this too late, AYWR is fresh, just released in U.S. and better. 'Naturally' was wise as lead here for Kiss & Tell, being under same conditions as AYWR is now.

iTunes Chart: October 2010
She's got a couple of interviews/performances lined up this week which will help. 27th September - Performance on Daybreak, ITV1 27th September - Performance and interview on Blue Peter, BBC2 27th September - Interview on Newsround, CBBC 29th September - Interview on Live From Studio Five, CH5 29th September - Interview on BBC Breakfast, BBC1 1st October - Interview on TMI, CBBC Most of her immediate fanbase will have this already - way overdue release (they should've skipped it and released AYWR here).

Hellcats
I'm hoping they will air it in UK soon. Living are going to show 'Nikita' soon, which started on CW roughly same time as 'Hellcats'. Yes, it won't match up to them because it's on CW - who seem to get 2/3million viewers average for their shows - so it should be safe if it doesn't fall below that bracket. I haven't seen it yet but I've heard good things about it, which I'm glad to hear! CW have ordered 6 more scripts for the show.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - Round & Round/Second Album
I listened to official 'planet premiere' of the songs: http://radio.disney.go.com/music/planet-pr...rain-album.html I found it enjoyable but nothing of epic proportions. Review... A YEAR WITHOUT RAIN+++ The album begins with lead 'Round & Round'. Catchy pop/dance fused sound but got old quickly thanks to it's repetitive lyrics. 'A Year Without Rain' is a slower and has a mature feel. The lyrics are better, sung along to a charming beat. 'Rock God', stomping beat and contains backing vocals from Katy Perry. Had potential to be great but falls flat. 'Off The Chain' returns to a sound we've heard on her 1st album - it's good, but not great. I like the energy however the lyrics and vocals don't thrill. 'Summer Not Hot' is fun and fast-paced but doesn't engage me like 'A Year Without Rain'. Good production. 'Intuition' has a similar sound to that of 'Popular' by Veronicas. This comparison is battle Selena doesn't win, but the male addition works well enough. 'Spotlight' - this sounds like a familiar artist close to Selena, oh yes, the Cyrus as Hanney Montaney (particularly the chorus). That said, I actually enjoy it because of the picked up dynamic come the chorus and the breakdown which gives the song more substance. 'Ghost of You' show off her improved vocals and was a needed break from the dance and fast-paced songs. 'Sick of You', good production and one of the more appealing songs on the album, enjoyable but not outstanding. It wasn't love on first listen for 'Live Like There's No Tomorrow', but I like it more now and it contains a nice bridge with a sing-a-long chorus. Rating: *** Highlight: 'A Year Without Rain'

Joe McElderry - Ambitions
It's alright ^_^. I'm glad he's done what Alexandra did and released an upbeat lead instead of them typical/predictable ballad's.
