Goin' Down is crazy good, the lyrics are actually quite controversial though. Still, it's one of the best on the album.

I really like it! Far more upbeat than I imagined. Even though people are saying too 80's ect. I think She's taking music from the period and given it a 21st century kick in the boot. She's leading the way with a rejuvenated style and I expect we'll hear more of this from other artists later this year. Look at how recent fashion has also reinvented old styles from a similar era and given it a modern twist. I anticipate 2nd single will be more in line to what people are expecting for a current mega hit by it's description. Even though it's one song it does give me confidence the album will be a significant one for a generation. PAWS UP! ;P

AYWR would've been a hit had it been sent for radio adds. They did for Naturally and that went all the way up to like #11 on pop radio I think. Anyway, they're releasing a third single... likely 'Off The Chain' but I've heard it might be a new song called 'Who Says'. They're filming music video for it shortly. Good we're getting third single, which Hollywood Records doesn't usually do..

Really does sound promising. I wasn't sure releasing a track that isn't in style of Bad Romance/Poker Face would have same impact, but looking at reviews it could top them both if it gains a similar reaction from the public. Hope label know what they're doing giving it a Friday release though. Could have similar run to BR in UK if that's case.

Vouge interview is great, gave plenty of insight to feast over. Judas sounds interesting... actually the whole thing does. And again it confirms the surging expectations will be met or exceeded. 17 tracks too? :o, we're being spoiled.

Yeah I though it would suit e4/itv2 better, paired with 90210 or something. As of February, MTV has moved up channel list near e4 and is free for all now so that'll help in some way.

It's been picked up by MTVUK reports digital spy and will begin airing later this month (though this is to be confirmed). A mini EP was released on US iTunes featuring a few tracks from the series. AJ (Aly's sister) will star in a few episodes later in the season as a girl who works in a local music store (I think).

Update: Aly's in the film 'The Roomate' out in States right now and AJ's going to be in Aly's Hellcats series for a few ep's (and the new Super 8 Movie). Looks like their acting careers are taking off nicely, I hope this gives them a decent platform for bringing out the album (probably out later this year as they've got some time off between filming).
