New summery bop from Kiiara, which was released on Friday. I'm not familiar with her at all but this was by far my highlight of New Music Friday this week
  2. I'm so pleased to see Piece of Me do so well! It's always been one of my favourites of Brit's and I always saw it as quite underrated on here. I can definitely see her making it to the final 2 so hopefully we get to vote for Toxic in the last round! :cheer:
  3. Sweetener 7.5 raindrops (an angel cried) 5.5 blazed (feat. Pharrell Williams) 6 the light is coming (feat. Nicki Minaj) 4.5 R.E.M 8.5 God is a woman 4 sweetener -1 successful 8 everytime 11 breathin 10 no tears left to cry 4 borderline (feat. Missy Elliott) 7 better off 8 goodnight n go 0 pete davidson 1.5 get well soon lol this really is a terrible album. thank u, next 7 imagine 0 needy 9 NASA 10 bloodline 8 fake smile 10 bad idea 5.5 make up 6.5 ghostin 7.5 in my head 10 7 rings 10 thank u, next 9.5 break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored this on the other hand is MUCH better! She still needs to learn quality control but hopefully by the time AG6 comes out, I won't be giving her any more 1s...
  4. The Japanese re-release just includes the 2 Chainz remix of 7 rings and Monopoly, as expected :/ Plus there's a "deluxe" edition with the music videos for the first three singles
  5. One month later: 01. 441,854,744 - Perfect Duet (Ed Sheeran & Beyoncé) [+9,468,899] 02. 19,900,851 - Formation [+9,981,838] 03. 18,536,963 - Hold Up [+8,702,510] 04. 625,204,885 - Halo [+14,769,340] 05. 18,113,005 - Sorry [+8,238,804] 06. 385,979,038 - Crazy In Love (feat. Jay-Z) [+8,269,474] 07. 20,401,585 - Before I Let Go [+8,218,697] 08. 282,978,845 - Love On Top [+5,881,612] 09. 282,904,701 - Run the World (Girls) [+7,918,725 (since 23rd April)] 10. 10,883,252 - Daddy Lessons [NEW] I'm very surprised to see Daddy Lessons overtaking both 6 Inch ad Don't Hurt Yourself since the last update! I did briefly see Formation as her #1 most popular track so I'm not sure why Perfect Duet is back there when it's still being streamed more than that. Woah at that update for Halo though! :o

I've calculated results and it's very close at the top! Any last minute votes before we begin the countdown?

Lonely Together for me! Lonely Together Hot Right Now Ritual Coming Home Summer Love Carry On
  8. Insane! *.* Go on Fenty!
  9. Is this even a question?! Greedy by absolute miles!
  10. Lol how on earth did Dua finish second?! I voted Cheryl

Hardest round yet! Could have given votes to Zara, Katy, Gaga and Calvin at a push Britney Spears - Piece Of Me Cheryl - Fight For This Love (Girls Aloud) Kylie Minogue - Spinning Around Little Mix - Shout Out To My Ex Rita Ora - I Will Never Let You Down Spice Girls - Say You'll Be There

Lol. That's really impressive but out of context it screams of Dua Lipa: Complete Edition leaping straight to #1 most streamed album by a female artist on release. I'm more surprised that Carry On, Ritual (and to an extent R.I.P.) haven't been added to the digital editions for an even bigger inflated number
  13. I've just realised I haven't posted about this yet because it's been growing on me loads - I've had the chorus in my head everyday and I'm trying to learn the fast speak-singing section   I'm just shocked more than anything about how overwhelmingly positive the reaction to this has been - I was really ready to give up on Katy's days of success after Witness and her features since have underperformed but a top 20 debut in both the UK & US would be absolutely huge for her! I'm hoping the album lives up to the same high standards that she's set
  14. Now that I've done my rate: California Gurls Chained to the Rhythm Roar Never Really Over I Kissed a Girl Part of Me It feels odd placing I Kissed a Girl so low when I do still love it! Never Really Over is still growing on me loads but I can see it overtaking Roar very quickly and maybe even Chained! :o
  15. Dose is such an energetic BOP! *.* Both that and Level Up deserved so much more :( Get Up was a great discovery for me when I was filling out my rate
  16. 8 I Kissed A Girl 8.5 Hot N Cold 9.5 Thinking of You 9 Waking Up In Vegas 8 Starstrukk (with 3OH!3) 8.5 If We Ever Meet Again (with Timbaland) 10 California Gurls (feat. Snoop Dogg) 11 Teenage Dream 9 Firework 10 E.T. (feat. Kanye West) 9.5 Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) 9.5 The One That Got Away 7 Part of Me 8 Wide Awake 9 Roar 10 Dark Horse (feat. Juicy J) 9 Unconditionally 6 Birthday 6.5 This Is How We Do 5.5 Rise 9.5 Chained to the Rhythm (feat. Skip Marley) 6.5 Bon Appétit (feat. Migos) 10 Swish Swish (feat. Nicki Minaj) 7 Feels (with Calvin Harris) 6 Cozy Little Christmas 8 365 (with Zedd) 7 Con Calma Remix (with Daddy Yankee) 8.5 Never Really Over
  17. Girl, are you serious?! I also heard Baby Boy this morning, Buzzjack can continue hating because 4 of the remaining artists only have like 3 more songs left to send...lol

First preview of Beyoncé as Nala! hoGhxfndjpM I'm so excited for this *.*
  19. Our entry this round was between Baby Boy and Best Thing I Never Had, so we would have probably sent that next, followed by: Sorry End of Time Lose My Breath Drunk in Love Halo When Love Takes Over Love on Top Crazy in Love Roughly in that order

  21. We're eliminated :( Thanks to everyone who voted anyway, a shame we didn't get to send some of our future choices
  22. Agreed! Buzzjack has always been quite anti-Beyoncé though unfortunately, case in point Single Ladies being one of the biggest/most well loved classics of the last 10 years irl and it being almost universally hated on this site :/ There's still a couple of hours left to vote and we're currently just 2 voted behind Pink who's in second last place so any last minute votes would be appreciated! 👌🏻
  23. I had an amazing time at the show last night! It truly has been a lifelong dream of mine to see the Spice Girls live so I still can't believe that 22 years after their peak, I got to see them *.* I went with my mum so naturally Mama was a highlight - I was worried that they weren't going to perform it after Say You'll Be There because that's one of their two most popular songs so to have it lead in to Wannabe was very surprising Spice Up Your Life was the perfect opener, I would have liked a full reprise at the end though as an encore as it really is that huge stadium anthem! Holler felt very odd, I liked the build up with the Spiceworld chanting but the mashup with Run the World (Girls) didn't really work The sound was okay, not the best though - Mel B sounded very quiet at the beginning and we could barely hear them during the speaking sections Overall it was an excellent show, it didn't feel like too much filler although the crowd where I was definitely became uninterested during the majority of the album tracks (and Let Love Lead the Way x) which was a bit annoying when you're standing
