  1. Inspired by the thread that I noticed in the BJSC forum People can do this how they like, but I'm excluding Eurovision live shows and pre-party events as that would tick off all/most acts from any year that I've attended, and going more down the route of acts I've sought out/intentionally seen live themselves outside of the contest Headline shows Sam Ryder (x3?) Saara Aalto (x3?) Cornelia Jakobs (x3 + Euroclub appearance) Benjamin Ingrosso (x2) Marcus & Martinus Olly Alexander (x1 solo, x1 as part of Years & Years) SuRie (at least 3 times, including a Pizza Express gig) Eleni Foureira Go_A (x2) Lucie Jones (x2 + theatre performances) Hatari Käärijä Loreen Duncan Laurence Måneskin KEiiNO Joker Out Måns Zelmerlöw Pasha Parfeni Marina Satti (pre-"Zari") Ladaniva Wild Youth (joint show with Joker Out) Bambie Thug Victoria Baby Lasagna Netta (x2) Kate Miller-Heidke ABBA (hologram versions ) ---upcoming--- Sakis Rouvas Nemo Damiano David (solo) The Rasmus Club nights/Pride events/support acts etc Emmelie de Forest (60th anniversary of ABBA win concert) Charlotte Perrelli (Euroclub in Liverpool) Katrina Michael Rice (Eurobash & Pride event) Nicki French (Pride event) Lindsay Dracass (Eurovision cruise & Pride event) Jemini (Euroclub in Liverpool) Euroband (Eurofest) Anna Bergendahl (Eurofest) Robin Bengtsson (Eurovision cruise) Jerry Heil Sanna Nielsen Fame Paula Seling and Ovi (EuroStarz) Teya and Salena (EuroStarz) TuralTuranX (SF2 watch-party in Liverpool) Gustaph (Eurobash & Eurovision cruise) Anne-Marie David (Eurobash) Hera Björk (Eurovillage performance 2024) Johnny Logan (60th anniversary of ABBA win concert) Linda Martin (Eurobash) Claudia Faniello (EuroStarz) Slavko (Eurovision cruise) Esther Hart (Eurobash) Elisabeth Andreassen (Eurobash) Luna (support act for Loreen) Suzy (Eurobash) Luke Black (Eurobash) Scott Fitzgerald (EuroStarz) No doubt forgetting some people that I've seen at a EuroStarz or a Eurofest, but I think that's a long enough list as it is 😅

The past few weeks I've been so bad at judging how well new releases are going to perform, I'm glad it's not just me from reading your commentary Lewis 😅 I'm now up to 19 cinema trips this year, and I don't remember seeing the trailer for "The Amateur" once, only noticed the poster for it a few times. Meanwhile, I was seeing the trailers for "Novocaine" and "Death of a Unicorn" constantly, thought both looked like fun movies with cool concepts and both opened with half of what "The Amateur" has managed 🤨

Wow at Minecraft, I didn't expect it to be beating the opening of Bridget Jones level of huge (especially as it was quite a good weekend weather wise) - everyone conveniently forgot about the trailer looking awful then? And how we should all be boycotting Jack Black 😂 Not that it was going to interest me as I've never played the games. Very impressive for Six, and very well deserved as it's an excellent show.

Racing from one track to the next looks cool, as does the knockout mode! Will pre-order Switch 2 purely based on this being a launch title, amazing that it's only two months away. 😍
  5. You're old enough to have a nephew of working age? 🤔🤔🤔

Numbers for Novocaine look really underwhelming this week, I'm surprised, I really enjoyed it and had seen the trailer every time I went to the cinema over the past couple of months (excluding before the U & PG releases like Flow and Snow White obvs) Compared to A Working Man, I don't recall seeing the trailer for that once, and I think I'd only seen posters in cinemas rather than whilst out and about.
  7. The running orders have been revealed Watching the videos without looking at the order beforehand, the gag of 'Gaja' (the only solo female entry in semi 1, excluding the AQs) being shoved on second 😦

Raducanu is through to the fourth round where she'll face Amanda Anisimova, a player who has won a WTA 1000 already this year, but also someone that Emma beat at the Australian Open this year 🤔 So that could be an interesting match
  9. I don't think I realised just how similar they are until I was at a Eurovision quiz the other night and "Strobe Lights" came on, and one of my friends was like 'I'm not really a fan of this one, it's Cyprus isn't it'. On first listen I thought it was quite messy, but I'm really coming round to it, had it stuck in my head all day yesterday. And ngl, he's definitely the eye candy of the year.
  10. During the live reveal I got caught up in the whole 'oh this isn't the nailed on Eurovision winner that we were all hoping for', but with the studio version and now knowing what to expect when I listen to it, this is really beautiful and builds really nicely throughout. Still a potential jury winner at the very least, perhaps it'll come down to the staging as to whether this or Austria takes the jury?

Amazing performance, not facing a single break point. If I hadn't got out of work slightly early, I probably wouldn't have caught any of the match, he got it done so quickly Up to #7 in the rankings tomorrow and extremely close to #5. Second consecutive Masters title for Mirra Andreeva in the women's side
  12. Definitely a race worth being up at 4am for. Glad Piastri managed to get back into the race and into the points, I felt my heart breaking when it looked like he might have been out in not just the first race of the year, but his home race, after managing to complete every lap of 2024! Nice to have someone else leading the drivers championship for the first time since Spain 2022(?)

Draper to face Holger Rune in the Indian Wells final! Been an impressive run, taking out both Fritz and Alcaraz to get there.
  14. I heard this for the first time (that I'm aware of) at a bar in Sweden last week. Should've checked it out sooner whilst it was #1, a great tune!
  15. Why was I told that it would be 6am UK time on Sunday Eh, guess I can still deal when I'll have just done five days of getting up not much later than 4am for work. Will have my Piastri hoodie at the ready.
  16. This is the "No Rules" of the year for me, I tried to resist initially but it's just so damn catchy. I think it helps that he delivers sexiness in the video in a way that has me like 'I actually DO want a taste of the milkshake man'.
  17. I think this is a respectable host entry, it's very sweet. Don't think it'll be overly competitive, but it'll surely get enough from the juries and at least some televotes from French speaking countries like France and Luxembourg to avoid the bottom five.
  18. One of my favourites of the year, and if France doesn't quite live up to the hype I would be very much here for this winning, but I agree that it's probably a bit too inspired by "The Code" to go all the way.
  19. Give her all the VMAs

Now that we've had Bridget Jones, I think this might be my next most anticipated movie of the year!
  21. Switzerland 2025 Voyage Zoë Më

Anora and The Substance were both in my top 3 movies of last year, so I'd have been happy with Best Actress going either way, but Anora does have the edge for me so I'm delighted to see it sweep and win almost everything it was nominated for (and Kieran Culkin is brilliant in A Real Pain, definitely the right choice there even if it wasn't a supporting role)
  23. Azerbaijan 2025 Mamagama Run With U upbiPJ9uA70 Sounds like the most competitive they've been since Efendi, should see them back into the final at least!
  24. Definitely stands a good chance of being my least favourite of the year, and I pray it's a NQ
  25. Greczula had some cool staging and it is a catchy song. Nice to see that already, two complete Melfest newbies have gone direkt (last year it was only Jacqline) Don't find those results too disagreeable, at least Dolly Style could still sneak the final via AC.
