Melodi Grand Prix is back this Saturday with the first of five semi-finals! One song will progress from each (plus a wildcard after the fifth semi-final) to join six pre-qualified songs in the final. Stefania is back and her song has been confirmed to be written by the same team as "Superg!rl" and to have an 80's pop sound similar in style to Dua Lipa. And not only is it meant to take inspiration from Dua, but they've gone and called it "Last Dance" :lol: As with most internals, the song itself will drop in March

I got rid of my subscription last month as I'd hardly used it, only the High School Musical series and a few episodes of The Simpsons initially, but with Love Victor and Desperate Housewives among the shows coming, I'll definitely look to re-join next month!

How is there not already a thread about this Downton Abbey meets Gossip Girl show from Shonda Rhimes?! Dropped on Netflix on Christmas Day and I raced through it. It's so saucy with lots of fabulous female characters and I would marry all of the Prince, the Duke, Anthony or Colin in a heartbeat.

Yeah, none of them are as good as the best three from the selection last year sadly. :( But I think I'd rank like this 1. Set Me Free 2. La La Love 3. Ue La La There's something about the main hook in Ue La La that I find quite repetitive and a bit annoying. Set Me Free does NOT need that key change, but I won't complain too much, I always love a key change even where it's unnecessary :lol: But even though these songs are weaker, it's still far too early to write Israel off as Eden is a great performer and I think she can really bring it in the performance with whichever song they go with

Disturbia and Everytime are two of the very very best from the respective artists. The Mel C track is great too, but quite far behind for me.

Yeah I watched this the other day and haven't read any reviews and I really liked it! Surprised it hasn't gone down so well. I'd say my favourite characters were the same two that Klumzee mentioned and I'd also add Lisa Kudrow to form my top 3.

It's all about Era Rusi for me, I thought it was the complete package in the first show with the song + performance. My second choice would be Inis even if it wouldn't be pushing the boat out for Albania at all and they might as well have just invited Arilena back to be singing it. She's the one I'm expecting to get the victory, 100%. Mirud would be my third choice, it's nice to see him doing it for the LGBT+ community of Albania. "Karma" hasn't really clicked with me so far. I definitely don't hate it, but it's just...there.

I haven't listened to it and have little interest in doing so but I support this campaign as it's just another small way for people to show their dissatisfaction with this government/Boris and everything that has happened this past year.
