Geike Arnaert, who was part of the group from 1997 to 2008, is returning and replacing Luka Cruysberghs who was the vocalist on 2020 entry "Release Me". (Personally if I was the Belgian broadcaster, after how boring "Release Me" was, I'd ditch all of them)

Going for the Bodyrockers again I'm a bit surprised that JLS went before both Will and Shayne. I thought 'Beat Again' was pretty well respected for a X Factor/boyband single, and especially compared to most of the JLS singles that came after. Must just not have aged well for people I suppose.

FINALLY I love you, 'You Belong With Me', but it's time to go hun. I've voted against it maybe about half the time, in some cases a close call but I just wanted a change to come :lol:

Ah, I can see how the 'Green Day' and especially 'U2' text on the album covers can be made out if I squint a little but didn't think to do that at the time. The only thing I'm really kicking myself over is missing 'Don't You Want Me' in the intro section after the lyric section had drawn me to listen to the song a couple of times :drama: Nothing else in any section I think I was any close to getting. Thanks for hosting M4NGO! Would love to see more paraphrased lyrics but would be nervous about an entire round of them as I think it's probably the most difficult out of these three formats (unless a bit of help is given like you gave us with the decades and the fact they were #1 singles). Ah, but some of us completely ignore the charts these days so I've never heard this or most of what's in the current top 40 before :lol: (Though I did try listening to a few recent #1s as the clip sounded very 2019/2020 - clearly didn't help/maybe I skipped over this one, it made me cast doubt over whether #3 was really One Direction and the red herring :lol:)
