  1. I've been collecting vinyl on and off since I was a kid but only started seriously in my early 20's, I used to collect anything on the Twisted Nerve label to start with (Badly Drawn Boy etc) and a lot of things from the Manchester scene of that time (despite being born at the opposite end of the country!) but went off on all sorts of tangents! I've kind of lost track of how much vinyl I've got, as it's spread all over the place, but I think I have more 12" singles than I do LP's, around 70/30 old/new.. I much prefer second-hand vinyl but I'll buy a new LP if there's something I really like.
  2. Really like what I've heard of the album so far, and it's interesting to see R&B ascending and evolving into plateaus beyond the mainstream, Solange has cited the likes of Steve Reich and Sun Ra as influences on When I Get Home. She's a bold artist who paints with primary brushstrokes, will be fascinating to see where she goes next.

Ooh lovely to see a vinyl thread 👍 Anybody based in the Dorset area pop in and see me, I run Rosered Records in Boscombe, near Bournemouth 😊 Have amassed quite a collection over the years, my tastes are all over the place - been trying to find Solange's new album on vinyl but have been going through an 80's phase so have been filling in some Prefab Sprout and Style Council shaped gaps!
  4. Despite having long completed Red Dead 2 I'm not quite ready to give it up yet, I'm at the stage where I'm trying to find all the Legendary Fish and track down all the treasure 😁
