I gave 4 9s and a 10 so that makes it easy: 1 Blondie - Atomic 2 Martha And The Muffins - Echo Beach 3 Rush - The Spirit Of Radio 4 The Jam - Going Unferground 5 The Vapors - Turning Japanese 6 further 8s that I could happily have voted for from David Bowie, The Police, Siouxsie And The Banshees, Squeeze, UB40 and Dexy’s Midnight Runners.

Not quite as brimming with greatness for me this group, but I do love the 2 double A sides at the top.
