Yep it's been common knowledge for a while now she is working with him. She even tweeted about it :) I'm excited at the prospects and she seems to be focusing more on the material as she doesn't have the X Factor burden anymore. I think she will still have the potential to sell huge amounts of records. She is still a mega force in the UK! She might not have huge first week sales like she achieved with "Promise This" and "Fight For This Love" without X factor performances but she should still make a fairly large impact on the charts. Like you said the early year releasing advantage could actually work in her favour. Apparently Will.i.am is keen to launch her in the USA. I can't see it happening to be honest. She will probably focus on the UK. But she has shown potential to international audiences with "Fight For This Love" and of course the Australian chart smash "3 Words" So we can hope! Imagine Cheryl smashing the USA Billboard charts. I'm melting at the thought :kink:

The album is shaping up to be pretty great by the sounds of it. I loved the first two so anything better and I will literally melt with excitement.

Cheryl is most likely heading for a 2012 release. She is taking her time to make it the best she can after having strict deadlines for her last two due to X Factor commitments.

I think Umi and Eric you summed it up perfectly. The haters use the same flawed tired arguments time and time again. BUT, to avoid anything getting out of hand in here we should get back on topic, I know from past experience how nasty people can get about Cheryl on here. So the price reduction for Will Young really worked in his favour then!

Your right! She has done zilch to be hated. She is someone who has achieved great things which should be celebrated and not dragged down. Everyone mentions she can't sing, well for a fact auto tune can't invent a voice and it has to have something to work with from the beginning. Cheryl can obviously sing as there are numerous examples of her live especially with Girls Aloud on tour. Christina can never over sing! She is just showing us how she is probably one of the best female vocalists of all time! She needs to keep it up and definitely not tone it down. So much love for Cheryl tonight :heart:

I don't want to turn this topic into a Cheryl Love fest (As much as I would love too ^_^ ) But she doesn't deserve the hate she get's on here. The general public still like her, it's just people on online forums like this who seem to have the problem! I will agree a little actually as British hits seem to debut quick and fall like Pixie Lott and the Saturdays did recently. There are exceptions of course like Jessie J's Price Tag.

Cheryl was fantastic! I really don't see why they axed her when she was doing her job perfectly fine. The panel is rather lacklustre. L.A Reid and Paula Abdul are so boring to watch and listen too to be honest.

UGH, this just screams generic already - "Don't go breaking my heart" how unoriginal. The chorus sounds rather flat, we will have to wait for the full version to really judge.

Since Cheryl was axed I couldn't give a flying shit about this. I will watch the launch as Cheryl is supposed to be in the first hour but after that I will be like I am with American Idol and oblivious to what happens.

The way Teenage Dream is going Katy won't have to release a greatest hits in the future :lol: I'm happy with the choice but I wanted her to stop this era after "Last Friday Night" It's always great to end on a high. I hope this achieves similar success though. Fingers crossed.

I read she is filming it for the Pride of Britain's commemorating 10 years of the troops fighting there. Don't quote me on that though.
